تدوین الگوی راهبردهای انطباقی مادران در رویارویی با مسائل نوپدید نوجوانان

در دنیای امروز نوجوانان با مسائل و چالشهای زیادی روبه رو هستند از جمله رویارویی با سبکهای گوناگون فکری و رفتاری، فاصله گرفتن از ارزشهای دینی و بومی، دسترسی سهل و آسان به انواع و اقسام اطلاعات، روابط بی حد و مرز با جنس مخالف در سنین پایین و غیره. در این راستا راهبردهای انطباقی مادران شیوه هایی است که مادران  آن را در رویارویی با این چالشها به کار می گیرند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین و تدوین  الگوی راهبردهای انطباقی مادران در رویارویی با مسائل نوپدید نوجوانان در شهر تهران انجام شده است. پژوهش با روش کیفی زمینه ای صورت گرفت. داده های کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته از نمونه ها استخراج شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و به ده مورد رسید و پس از آن تحلیل داده ها با روش نظریۀ زمینه ای و چگونگی شناسه گذاری اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. در این شناسه گذاری مقولۀ مرکزی، تحت عنوان کلی راهبردهای واقعیت مدار مبتنی بر رابطۀ همگرا انتخاب شد که در سه دستۀ کلی راهبردهای آماده ساز والدینی، راهبردهای همگراساز و راهبردهای ایمن ساز ارائه شده است. هم چنین راهبردهای آماده ساز به عنوان عوامل زمینه‌ای و راهبردهای همگراساز به عنوان عوامل علی مشخص شد. طبق تجربیات زیستۀ مادران، آن دسته از روشها و راهبردهایی که اساس آن را کاوش، تحلیل و پذیرش واقعیات فردی و اجتماعی روز تشکیل می دهد و مادران با شیوه های مختلف برآنند تا تماس خود و فرزندانشان را با این واقعیات بر قرار سازند تا آنان بتوانند فرصتها و آسیبهای واقعی را تشخیص دهند به شرطی که در رابطه ای همگرا، قوی و صمیمی صورت گیرد، راهبردهای انطباقی و کارآمد به شمار می رود و می تواند باعث کاهش آسیبهای مسائل نوپدید شود.

Development of a Model for Mothers’ Adaptive Strategies in Dealing with the Emerging Problems of Adolescents

In today’s world, adolescents face many problems and challenges, including dealing with a variety of intellectual and behavioral styles, finding distance from religious and indigenous values, easy access to all kinds of information, limitless relationship with the opposite sex at an early age, etc. In this regard, mothers’ adaptive strategies are the methods that they use to deal with these challenges. This study was carried out to determine and develop the model of adaptive strategies of mothers in dealing with emerging problems of adolescents in Tehran. The research was conducted using a qualitative method. The qualitative data were extracted using semistructured interviews from the sample. Sampling was purposively continued until it reached ten cases following theoretical saturation, and then data analysis was performed using field theory and Strauss and Corbin coding method. In this coding, the central category was selected under the general title of realityoriented strategies based on convergent relations, which are presented in three general categories: parental preparation strategies, convergent strategies and immunization strategies. Also, preparation strategies were identified as background factors and convergent strategies are identified as causal factors. According to the life experiences of mothers, the methods and strategies which are based on exploration, analysis and acceptance of the individual and social realities of the day, and mothers seek to help themselves and their children to come into contact with these realities using different methods so that they can identify real opportunities and harms as long as this is accomplished in a convergent, strong and intimate relationship, they are considered adaptive and efficient strategies and can reduce the harms of emerging problems.
