چکیده

This study is about employee engagement. since the study oforganizational behavior has paid little attention to the dynamic process ofchange within the context of human resource management, whichnowadays are prevalent and have a critical effect on the employeeengagement, thus the aim of this study is to examine the nature ofemployee engagement, total reward management and psychologicalcontract.strictly speaking, this research would represent a suitable theoreticalframework to form these theories and suggest modern methods to deducethe employee engagement effectively. here, we consider the specialcompound of some of these changes and meanwhile we try to show theeffectiveness of each variable on employee engagement and also on othervariables.the reported results indicate that there are direct or indirect relationshipsamong variables that significantly and uniquely related to employeeengagement. in summary, employee engagement has much to offerorganizations wishing to remain competitive in a dynamic circumstance.
