This paper introduces methods and models to assess the success anddevelopment of information systems success and introduction of delonand maklin (d & m) as a model for evaluating the success of integratedinformation systems. the populations of this research are integratedinformation system users in iran water and power resourcesdevelopment company. according to morgan 103 employees wereselected by systematic sampling and the researcher-made questionnairewere distributed among them to find out the independent variables ofinformation quality, systems and services for people and organizationsmediating variables in light of the consent and desire of users. findingsindicate that the variable “quality of service through the intermediatevariable user intent and user satisfaction dependent variable organizational impact will be directly. although, the variable of“quality “through an intermediary variable “user satisfaction” impactsdirectly on the individual dimension.
