چکیده    This article is going to deal with recognizing and ordering the ethicalfactors which have impacts on employees organizational commitment inshahid sattari aeronautical university. so, the main question of thisarticle is that what the working ethical factors are based on this literatureand the impacts of these on the development of organizationalcommitment on employees. populations of the study are employees andfaculty members of shahid sattari aeronautical university and simplerandom sampling was used. the aim of this research is descriptive andpractical in which researcher used questionnaire for data collection.having found the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, correlationtest and structural equation model were used. the results of the studyproved all the research questions. based on the finding, the assumptionsregarding the efficacy of working ethical factors have been confirmed.coefficient correlation between the variables is 77/5 % which reveals asignificant relation between ethical factors and organizationcommitment.
