مطالعه رابطه آموزشهای ضمن خدمت و توانمندسازی روانشناختی کارکنان؛ مطالعه موردی

The main objective of this study was to determine the relationshipbetween training on job and psychological empowerment of martyrsattari air university. a descriptive correlation research is run. thepopulation of the study were bachelor's degree holders or higher inmartyr sattari air university staff and 77 people by random samplingwere selected. data of training personnel records and empowerment ofdata through the questionnaires were collected. in this study, dataanalysis was performed by spss software, spearman test was used toidentify the type and amount of training and relationship betweenpsychological empowerment. the results show that the level ofempowerment in martyr sattari air university is above the average in allaspects. the test p-value = 0.000= rs=0.665 and the main studyhypothesis is confirmed by the 95% confidence level.
