چکیده    The aim of this study was to assess the current status of the employeeperformance evaluation system in terms of content (performanceindicators) and performance (evaluation methods, evaluation period,their evaluation and use of evaluation results), identify problems andbottlenecks in the performance evaluation of employees and providesmore efficient model to evaluate the performance of employees. thisresearch method is descriptive - survey and applied. the populations ofthe study were all employees in the sales department and after-salesservice of vehicles (a total of 647 people) and by using a randomsampling, 151 samples were obtained. by a questioner data collocation isrun and the content validity of the questionnaire has been approved bythe faculty members. also its reliability coefficient was calculated bycronbach alpha and showed 0.97 percent. collected information using adescriptive and inferential statistics (paired test) were analyzed. researchfindings show that in general existing and proposed condition betweenthe performance appraisal system, and the staffs there are significantdifferences.
