طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و باورهای ارتباطی غیرمنطقی: نقش واسطه‌ای سبک‌های حل تعارض کارآمد

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای سبک‌های حل تعارض کارآمد در رابطه بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و باورهای ارتباطی غیرمنطقی در قالب یک مدل انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. بدین منظور 293 نفر از دانشجویان زن متاهل کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه تهران که به‌وسیله نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند به پرسشنامه‌های طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه ysq) young , 1991)، باورهای ارتباطی غیرمنطقی(irb) eidelson & epstein,1982, و پرسشنامه سبک‌های حل تعارض رحیم نسخه دومroci-ii) rahim, 2010) پاسخ دادند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار amos انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که اثر مستقیم طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک‌های حل تعارض کارآمد بر باورهای ارتباطی غیرمنطقی در سطح 0/001>p، معنادار بود. هم‌چنین، در رابطه بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و باورهای ارتباطی غیرمنطقی، سبک‌های حل تعارض کارآمد، نقش واسطه‌ای داشتند. بنابراین می‌توان، با بررسی طرحواره‌ها و افزایش مهارت‌های حل تعارض کارآمد مراجعان، میزان تاثیر باورهای ارتباطی غیرمنطقی را در روابط آن‌ها کاهش دهند.

Early maladaptive schemas and irrational relationship beliefs: The mediating role of efficient conflict resolution styles

The aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of effective conflict resolution styles on the relationship between maladaptive early schemas and irrational relationship beliefs. This was done in the framework of causal model. The method was correlation. For this reason 293 female undergraduate and postgraduate students of university of Tehran, Which were selected by multistage cluster sampling, completed a Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ), The Irrational Relationship Belief Inventory (IRB) and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory–II. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with AMOS software. Finding revealed that direct effect of early maladaptive schemas and effective conflict solving styles (integration style and compromise style) was significant on irrational relationship beliefs. Also, in the relationship between maladaptive early schemas and irrational relationship beliefs, the effective conflict solving styles had a mediating role. Therefore, therapists can reduce the impact of relationship beliefs in their clients by evaluating early maladaptive schemas and increasing the skills of effective conflict resolution.
