تغییردر نظام معنایی امر طلاق

مفاهیم و معانی، بنیادی ترین ساحت هر پدیده را شکل میدهند. معنایی که نظریه پردازان و کنشگران اجتماعی برای طلاق قائل هستند، بعدی پراهمیت از ساختار این پدیده بشمار می آید. این مقاله با اتکاء به الگوی روش شناختی در قالب روش شناسی بنیادین، پارادایمی و کاربردی مبتنی بر مفروضات پارادایم پدیدارشناسی، به شیوه استقرایی و کیفی و با استفاده از روش پدیده نگاری به مطالعه معنای طلاق در بستر اندیشه و نگرش زنان مطلقه پرداخته است. براساس روش های نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و هدفمند با 64 نفر از زنانی ساکن کلانشهر تهران که بین سالهای98-1384شمسی طلاق گرفته اند، مصاحبه عمیق انجام یافت. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که پدیده طلاق بمثابه یک امر چندمعنایی، مشتمل برساحت های اخلاقی–عاطفی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی است. نوشتار حاضر با تکیه بر سیالیت معنای طلاق بیان میکند که زنان مطلقه از یک ذهن خالی نسبت به مساله و پدیده طلاق برخوردار نبودند بلکه جهان فکری آنها مملو از آگاهی و معانی پیرامون پدیده طلاق بوده است.

Change in the Semantic System of Divorce

Concepts and meanings shape The most fundamental area of any phenomenon. The meaning that theorists and social activists place on divorce, the next important aspect is the structure of this phenomenon. This article studies the meaning of divorce in the context of divorced women by relying on a methodological paradigm based on a phenomenological, paradigmatic and applied methodology, in a qualitative inductive and phenomenological way, using a phenomenological and qualitative method. Indepth interviews were conducted with 64 women living in Tehran’s metropolitan area who were divorced between 20052019, based on snowball sampling methods. The results of the research indicate that the phenomenon of divorce as a multisemantic one includes moralemotional, family, social, cultural and economic factors. This article argues that divorced women do not have an empty mind on the issue and the phenomenon of divorce, relying on the fluidity of the meaning of divorce, Rather, their intellectual world is full of awareness and meanings about the phenomenon of divorce.
