تحلیل بازنمایی زن در گفتمان اعتدال: تحلیل گفتمانیِ سخنرانی‌های حسن روحانی

در ایران، در دهه‌های اخیر، گفتمان‌های اصلاح‌طلبی، اصول‌گرایی و اعتدال هر یک به گونه ای به &بازنمایی& زنان پرداخته،  هویت‌هایی را به آنان منتسب نموده و  سیاست‌گذاری‌های مربوطه شان را بر آن اساس بنا نهاده‌اند. گفتمان اعتدال‌طلب روحانی  به عنوان جدیدترین و ناشناخته ترین گفتمان در این عرصه کمتر مورد واکاوی علمی قرار گرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل گفتمان سخنرانی‌های روحانی، نماینده رسمیِ دولت اعتدال،  به منظور شناسایی و معرفیِ ویژگی‌های منتسب به زنان در این گفتمان است. رویکرد راهنما در تحقیق، رویکرد لاکلا و موفه بوده است. بر اساس تحلیل مضامین سخنرانی‌ها می‌توان گفت، «برابری جنسیتی» دال مرکزی این گفتمان بوده؛ «عفاف محوری»، «هم‌ارزی فضای عمومی و خصوصی»، «نقش‌های اجتماعی فراسنتی»، «بازخوانی اسلامی انقلابی از جنسیت» و «نگاه غیر امنیتی به حضور زنان» برهه‌هایی هستند که زنجیروار  حول دال مرکزی بالا برای تثبیت موقتی معنای هویت و جایگاه اجتماعی زنان مفصل‌بندی شده اند. همچنین به نظر می رسد گفتمان اعتدال، بیشتر &اجتماعی اقتصادی& است تا سیاسی (اصلاح طلبی) یا فرهنگی (بنیادگرایی)؛ اما  مجموعه دال های مورد تاکید آن با گفتمان اصلاح طلبی قرابت و سنخیت بیشتری دارد تا گفتمان اصول گرایی.

The Discourse Analysis of Rouhani’s Speeches on Women’s Problems

Women’s issues have always been among the most controversial topics in various fields of study, especially in policy making. Accordingly, the two main discourses of the Islamic Republic of Iran, namely the fundamentalist and the reformist ones, have formed their own specific discourse. Rouhani’s moderate discourse, passing the two major ones, claims to have a balanced approach towards women’s issues. The aim of this study has been to explore the articulation of women’s cause in the present moderate presidency of Iran through discourse analysis. Laclau and Mouffe’s approach was used for this purpose. The data analysis showed that “gender equality” has been the nodal point of Rouhani’s discourse. Moreover, such issues as “chastity centrality”, “the equivalence of public and private spaces”, “metatraditional social roles”, “the Islamicrevolutionary rereading of gender”, “women’s widespread social presence as a nonsecurity issue” are the critical points which have been joint together around the nodal point mentioned above. It also seems that the discourse of moderation is rather socioeconomical than political (regarding the reformists) or cultural (regarding the fundamentalists). However, the sum of the points under emphasis has more to do with the reformist discourse than the fundamentalist one
