چکیده
|
در قانون اساسی کشورمان دراصول2، 3،19،20 و30 و همچنین درسند چشم اندازافق 1404 وهمچنین دربرنامه های پنج ساله چهارم، پنجم و ششم توسعه ابلاغی مقام معظم رهبری و نیز در منشور حقوق دفاع ازحق آموزشی زنان مصوب شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی ومجلس شورای اسلامی والبته در سند تخول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش نیز به استیفای حق آموزشی زنان و دستیابی زنان کشورمان به فرصت های برابر آموزشی با رعایت شرایط و اصول حاکم در دین اسلام، تآکید شده است ولی با این وجود، باز شاهد بی عدالتی های متعدد در این زمینه هستیم و به نظر علت آن این است که برای اجرای دستورات دینی و قوانین حقوقی مرتبط، نظارت و ضمانت اجرایی و نیز پویایی و به روز رسانی مستمر و پیوسته قوانین و ضوابط حاکم بر عدالت آموزشی زنان، ضعیف می باشد و پیشنهاد کاربردی مستخرج این مقاله این است که علاوه برپویایی و به روز رسانی قوانین و مقررات، می بایست بخش نظارتی و ضمانت اجرایی قوانین مرتبط با رعایت و تحقق عدالت آموزشی زنان فعال باشد

Abstract
|
