تاثیر رهبری معنوی بر توانمندسازی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان خوزستان

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین تاثیر رهبری معنوی و اَبعاد آن بر توانمندسازی کتابداران کتابخانه های عمومی استان خوزستان است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و روش انجام آن به صورت پیمایشی است. جامعۀ پژوهش 230 کتابدار شاغل در کتابخانه های عمومی استان خوزستان می باشد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای پیش ساخته است که در آن ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مقیاس رهبری معنوی با 25 سئوال 89/. و توانمندسازی با 16 سئوال 80/0 بوده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spssاستفاده شده است. برای انجام تحلیل های استنباطی از آزمون های کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، رگرسیون چندگانۀ خطی، t تک نمونه ای و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است.یافته ها: مقیاس های توصیفی پژوهش نشان می دهد که مولفه های رهبری معنوی و اَبعاد آن در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارد. نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد از بین عوامل اثرگذار بر توانمندسازی، چشم انداز سازمانی، بیشترین و عضویت، کمترین تاثیر را بر توانمندسازی کتابداران کتابخانه های عمومی خوزستان دارند. همچنین رگرسیون پیش بینی توانمندسازی به کمک رهبری معنوی معنی دار بود و تاثیر متغیرهای ایمان به کار و معنی داری در کار در سطح 95 درصد معنی دار بود.اصالت/ارزش: ارزش مقالۀ حاضر در معرفی دو متغیر اثرگذار ایمان به کار و معنی داری در کار به عنوان متغیرهای اثرگذار بر توانمندسازی کتابداران است که مدیران منابع انسانی را به تمرکز به این متغیرها در بهبود توانمندسازی دعوت می کند.

Effect of Spiritual Leadership on the Empowerment of Public Librarians of Khuzestan province

Purpose: This Research aims at the survey of the impact of spiritual leadership variables of on empowerment variables in the case of public librarians in Khuzestan province.Methodology: This study has descriptive and correlative levels that use correlation coefficient measures. The population of the study includes 230 public librarians of Iran Public Libraries Foundation (IPLF) in Khuzestan province. By means of KrejcieMorgan Sling Measure (1970), 150 public librarians determined to fill research questionnaire. In order to analyze the gathered data, SPSS software was used and KolmogorovSmirnov, multiple linear regression, tone sle test and Friedman test were used for inferential data analysis.Findings: Descriptive measures of this research indicated that factors of Spiritual leadership and empowerment of public librarians in Khuzestan province was in good condition. Friedman test showed that among the factors affecting empowerment, ldquo visionrdquo factor has the most and ldquo membershiprdquo factor has the least impact on empowerment factors. Regression analysis pvalue coefficient measure was significant and variables of ldquo Faith to workrdquo and ldquo significance in workrdquo are significant at the 95 percent level and these factors predict 67 percent of changes in empowerment factors.Originality/Value: Value of this research was in the indication of significant factors namely ldquo faith to workrdquo and ldquo significance in workrdquo as important factors of empowerment of public librarians that human resource managers can focus on these factors for better empowerment programs.
