تاثیر عوامل شغلی و غیرشغلی بر کیفیت زندگی کاری کتابداران در استان یزد

چکیده هدف: پژوهش حاضربا هدف مطالعه وجود رابطه بین متغیرهای شغلی و غیرشغلی و کیفیت زندگی کاری کتابداران در کتابخانه های عمومی در استان یزد صورت گرفت. روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کمی و نیز توصیفی بارویکرد همبستگی از نوع کاربردی می باشد. پاسخ دهندگان کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه های عمومی در استان یزد می باشند. از پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری داده ها برای هر یک از کتابخانه های شرکت کننده مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه به دو قسمت تقسیم شده است: بخش (الف) اطلاعات فردی و بخش (ب) سوالات مربوط به هریک از متغیرها. داده ها با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت . یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که هر دو متغیرهای شغلی و غیرشغلی متغیرهای با اهمیتی در تعیین کیفیت زندگی کاری هستند و همبستگی معناداری بین متغیرهای شغلی و غیرشغلی و کیفیت زندگی کاری وجود دارد.

survey the relationship between variables work and non-work and the quality of work life of librarians in Yazd

Abstract purpose :The purpose of this studywas to investigate the relationship betweenwork and nonwork variables and quality of work life Librarians in public libraries was done in Yazd. Method: The study was quantitative and descriptive correlational approach is an applied. Respondents are librarians working in public libraries in Yazd. Questionnaire to collect data for each of the participating libraries used. The questionnaire is divided into two sections, sections (a) demographic and (b) questions relating to any of the variables. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. Findings :Findings from this study indicated that both work variables and nonwork variables do matter in determining the quality of work life And significant correlation between the variables work and nonwork variables and quality of life.
