پذیرش استفاده از سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیک مجازی در دوران همه‌گیری کووید-19: مطالعۀ موردی کتابداران ادارۀ کل کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان تهران

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین عوامل موثر بر پذیرش استفاده از سیستم‌ها یا سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیک مجازی توسط کتابداران ادارۀ کل کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان تهران در دوران پاندمی کووید-19 است. در این پژوهش، تاثیر عوامل خودکارآمدی رایانه‌ای، تنوع مهارت، پشتیبانی سازمانی، ویژگی‌های مدرس و کیفیت محتوایی دوره بر متغیرهای مدل پذیرش فناوری شامل برداشت ذهنی از سودمندی، برداشت ذهنی از سهولت، نگرش نسبت به استفاده از فناوری و در نهایت قصد استفاده از سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیک مجازی بررسی شد.روش‌: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نحوۀ گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها توصیفی-هم‌بستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان تهران بود که از این میان، 217 نفر براساس فرمول کوکران به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری پژوهش تعیین شد. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای بود که روایی آن توسط شش متخصص تایید شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به روشِ کمترین مربعات جزئی (pls) و نرم‌افزار smartpls (نسخۀ 3) استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که برداشت ذهنی از سودمندی و برداشت ذهنی از سهولت استفاده بر قصد و تمایل کارکنان به استفاده از سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیک مجازی تاثیر می‌گذارند. همچنین، متغیرهای خارجی مورد بررسی در این پژوهش، یعنی خودکارآمدی رایانه‌ای، تنوع مهارت، پشتیبانی سازمان، ویژگی‌های مدرس و کیفیت دوره، تاثیری مثبت و معنادار بر تعیین پذیرش سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی در سازمان دارند. بیشترین اثر کل مربوط به متغیر تنوع مهارت و کیفیت محتوای دوره و کمترین اثر کل مربوط به متغیر حمایت سازمان و قصد رفتاری است.اصالت/ارزش: آموزش الکترونیک مجازی نقشی مهم در آموزش و توسعه در محیط سازمانی ایفا می‌کند، و سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیک مجازی به ابزاری محبوب برای تسهیل فرایندهای یاددهی-یادگیری تبدیل شده‌اند که امکان آموزش انعطاف‌پذیر یادگیری‌محور را فراهم می‌کنند. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر راهنما و نقشۀ راهی برای پذیرش و استفاده از سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیک مجازی در میان کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی بر مبنای تجارب به‌دست‌آمده در این زمینه در دوران همه‌گیری کووید-19 است. ازآنجاکه توسعه و استقرار فناوری‌ها برای برخورداری از مزایای آن‌ها کافی نیست و برای دستیابی به مزایای بالقوۀ یک فناوری باید پذیرش آن توسط کاربران مد نظر قرار گیرد، یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند پیامدهایی عملی برای مدیران سازمانی، مربیان و توسعه‌دهندگان سیستم‌های آموزشی فراهم آورد.

acceptance of the use of e-learning systems during the covid -19 pandemic: a case study of the librarians of tehran province public libraries

purpose: the aim of the current research is to investigate the factors influencing the acceptance of the use of e-learning systems by the librarians of tehran province libraries during the covid-19 pandemic. therefore, the effects of computer self-efficacy, diversity of skills, organizational support, teacher’s characteristics, and quality of course content on the technology acceptance model (tam) variables, including the subjective perception of the utility, and subjective perception of convenience, attitude toward use technology and the intention to use e-learning systems were examined.method: the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection and analysis. the statistical population included librarians of public libraries in tehran province. the statistical sample size was 217 based on cochran’s formula. the main data collection tool was a questionnaire which was validated by six experts. the data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (pls-sem) by smartpls software. findings: the findings indicated that the mental perception of usefulness and mental perception of ease of use affect the intention and desire of employees to use e-learning systems. furthermore, the external variables studied in the research, namely computer self-efficacy, diversity of skills, organizational support, teacher’s characteristics, and course quality have a positive and significant effect on the acceptance of e-learning systems in the organization.the highest total effect is related to the variable of skill and quality of course content and the lowest total effect is related to the variable of organizational support and behavioral intention.originality/value: e-learning plays an important role in education and development in the organizational environment, and e-learning systems have become a popular tool to facilitate teaching-learning processes that provide flexible learning-oriented education. since the development and deployment of technologies is not enough to enjoy their benefits, and in order to achieve the potential benefits of a technology, its acceptance by users should be considered, the findings of this research can provide practical implications for organizational managers, trainers and developers of educational systems.
