سنجش روابط چندگانة بین ابعاد منزلت اجتماعى و ابعاد ساختارى، شناختى و ارتباطى سرمایة اجتماعى (مطالعة موردى: کتابداران کتابخانه هاى عمومى خوزستان)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش روابط چندگانه بین ابعاد منزلت اجتماعی کتابداران و ابعاد ساختاری، شناختی، ارتباطی سرمایه اجتماعی در کتابخانه‌های عمومی خوزستان انجام شده است.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش کمی و به روش توصیفی -همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کتابداران کتابخانه‌ های عمومی استان خوزستان به تعداد 390 که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 194 نفر انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده ‌ها در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه منزلت اجتماعی (نجف‌پورمقدم و محمدی، 1400) و پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال  (1998) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ ها از آزمون ‌های توصیفی و آزمون ‌های استنباطی با بهره‌گیری از نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بین ابعاد پنج گانه منزلت اجتماعی و ابعاد سه گانه سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، بین دیدگاه کتابداران در خصوص منزلت اجتماعی و ابعاد آن در تعامل مدرک تحصیلی و سابقه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بررسی زیر مولفه ‌ها نیز نشان می دهد در بعد ساختاری تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و کتابداران با مدارک تحصیلی مختلف دیدگاه متفاوتی نسبت به بعد ساختار دارند.اصالت / ارزش: این پژوهش از این نظر که جایگاه اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران را از منظر فرهنگ بومی خوزستان مورد توجه و مطالعه قرار داده است و از این نظر که متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی را در رابطه بین منزلت اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران مورد بررسی قرار داده است دارای نوآوری است.

assessing multiple relationships between dimensions of social dignity and structural, cognitive, communication dimensions of social capital (case study: khuzestan public library librarians)

objective: the aim of this study was to assess the multiple relationships between the dimensions of social status of librarians and the structural, cognitive, communication dimensions of social capital in public libraries in khuzestan. methodology: the present study has been conducted in terms of applied purpose and in terms of quantitative method and descriptive-correlation method. the statistical population of the study included all librarians of public libraries in khuzestan province with 390 people who were selected using cochran’s formula of 194 people. to collect data in this study, the social status questionnaire (najafpour moghadam and mohammadi, 1400) and nahapit and goshal (1998) social capital questionnaire were used. descriptive and inferential tests were used to analyze the data using spss software version 26. findings: the research findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the five dimensions of social status and the three dimensions of social capital. also, there is a significant difference between librarians’ views on social status and its dimensions in the interaction of degree and history. examination of the sub-components also shows that there is a significant difference in the structural dimension and librarians with different degrees have different views on the structural dimension. originality/value: this study has studied the social status and social capital of librarians from the perspective of khuzestan indigenous culture and in terms of demographic variables in the relationship between social status and social capital of librarians. data has innovation.
