خدمات، فرصت‌ها، ظرفیت‌ها و چالش‌های کتابخانه‌های عمومی در ارائه اطلاعات سلامت: مرور نظام‌مند

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی انواع خدمات، فرصت‌ها، ظرفیت‌ها و چالش‌های کتابخانه‌های عمومی در ارائه اطلاعات سلامت در متون این حوزه انجام شده است. روش: روش پژوهش مرور نظام‌مند متون است و از چهارچوب مطالعه نظام‌مند کیچن‌‌هام و چارترز برای انجام آن استفاده شد. با مشخص شدن پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و عبارات پرس‌وجو، جست‌وجوها انجام شد و در نهایت با پالایش منابع و همچنین اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج به پژوهش تعداد 37 منبع به زبان انگلیسی و 3 منبع به زبان فارسی وارد مرور نظام‌مند شدند. ابزار پژوهش از نوع سیاهۀ وارسی بود. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده با تلخیص مطالب در قالب جدول ارائه شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد انواع خدمات شامل شش مقوله کلی اطلاع‌رسانی سلامت، عوامل اجتماعی تعیین‌کننده سلامت، آموزش سواد سلامت، ارائه مستقیم خدمات بهداشتی، ترویج تحرک جسمی، و خدمات جایگزین و مکمل مراقبت هستند. ظرفیت‌ها در چهار مقوله کلی نیروی انسانی، منابع، کارکردهای کتابخانه، و ارزش‌های بنیادی کتابخانه‌ها دسته‌بندی شدند. فرصت‌ها شامل چهار مقوله کلی استفاده از ظرفیت سایر سازمان‌ها، تقویت نیروی انسانی، تامین مکان ارائه خدمات بهداشتی، و افزایش تاب‌آوری جامعه در بحران‌ها بود. در نهایت، چالش‌ها شامل ماهیت موضوع، سیاست و خط‌مشی، بودجه، منابع، تجهیزات و فناوری، فضا، خدمات، همکاری بین‌سازمانی، نیروی انسانی متخصص، ارتباط با مراجعان، و مشکلات مراجعان بود. اصالت/ ارزش: با توجه به وضعیت ارائه خدمات اطلاعات سلامت در سبد خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران، آگاهی از انواع خدمات،‌ ظرفیت‌ها، فرصت‌ها، و چالش‌های کتابخانه‌های عمومی دنیا در ارائه اطلاعات سلامت به شهروندان، برای طراحی یا ارائه خدمت اطلاعات سلامت در کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران مفید است.

public libraries’ services, potentials, opportunities and challenges in providing health information: a systematic review

purpose: the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the types of services, opportunities, capacities and challenges of public libraries in providing health information from the texts of this field.method: the research method is a systematic literature review, and the systematic study framework of kitchenham and charters was used to carry out it. by identifying the databases and query terms, searches were conducted and finally, by refining the sources and applying the entry and exit criteria to the research, 37 sources in english and 3 sources in farsi were entered into the systematic review. the research tool was a checklist type. the information obtained by summarizing the contents is presented in the form of a table.findings: the results show that the types of services include six general categories of health information, social determinants of health, health literacy education, direct provision of health services, promotion of physical mobility, and alternative and complementary care services. capacities were categorized into four general categories: human resources, resources, library functions, and fundamental values of libraries. the opportunities included four general categories: using the capacity of other organizations, strengthening human resources, providing a place to provide health services, and increasing community resilience in crises. finally, the challenges included: nature of the issue, libraries policy, budget, resources, equipment and technology, space, services, inter-organizational cooperation, specialized human resources, communication with clients, and client problems.originality/value: considering the status of providing health information services in iran’s public libraries’ service portfolio, awareness of the types of services, capacities, opportunities, and challenges of public libraries in the world in providing health information to citizens is useful for designing or providing health information services in iranian libraries.
