شناسایی ویژگی‌های برنامه‌های کتابخوان الکترونیکی و ارزیابی برنامه‌های پرکاربرد ایرانی

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ویژگی‌های برنامه‌های کتابخوان الکترونیکی از طریق مرور نظام‌ مند متون و ارزیابی چهار برنامۀ کتابخوان الکترونیکی پرکاربرد ایرانی (فیدیبو، طاقچه، کتاب راه، و کتاب سبز) از نظرِ ویژگی‌های شناسایی‌شده است.روش: مطالعۀ حاضر از نظرِ هدف کاربردی، و مبتنی بر چهارچوب مرور نظام‌ مند انجام شده است. برای جمع‌آوری متون پژوهشی مرتبط، در پایگاه‌ های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی جست‌وجو و 247 اثر شناسایی شد. پس از بررسی اولیه (بررسی کلیدواژه‌ ها، عنوان، و مرور چکیده‌ها)، در نهایت 46 اثر مرتبط استخراج شد و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در ادامه، به‌منظور تعیین میزان برخورداری هریک از چهار برنامۀ کتابخوان الکترونیکی ایرانی موردبررسی، از ویژگی ‌های استخراج‌شده با استفاده از این سیاهه و از طریق ابزار مشاهده، مطالعه ‌ای پیمایشی انجام شد.یافته‌ ها: از 46 اثر موردبررسی، در نهایت سیاهه‌ ای از متداول‌ ترین ویژگی‌ های برنامه‌ های کتابخوان الکترونیکی، شامل 132 مولفه، تهیه و در قالب 16 معیار دسته‌ بندی شد. در بخش مطالعۀ پیمایشی، نتایج نشان داد از چهار برنامه کتابخوان الکترونیکی پرکاربرد ایرانی، دو برنامۀ »طاقچه « و »فیدیبو « از نظرِ ارائۀ خدمات و برخورداری از ویژگی‌ های موردتوجه در ارزیابی برنامه‌ های کتابخوان الکترونیکی با اختلاف اندکی از یکدیگر در وضعیت مطلوب‌ تری نسبت به سایر برنامه‌های کتا‌بخوان الکترونیکی ایرانی قرار دارند و به نظر می‌ ر سد درگیر رقابتی تنگاتنگ در بازار مشتریان هستند. همچنین، یافته‌ها نشان داد با اینکه »کتاب سبز « جزء برنامه‌ های کتابخوان پرکاربرد ایرانی است، اما کمتر از نیمی (24/49 درصد) از ویژگی ‌ها را داشته و در شرایط مناسبی قرار ندارد. اصالت/ارزش: در این پژوهش، مرور نظام‌ مند متون به شناسایی ویژگی‌های جامع برای برنامه‌های کتابخوان الکترونیکی منجر شده است. همچنین، ارزیابی و مقایسۀ برنامه‌های کتابخوان ایرانی به طراحان و تولیدکنندگان آن‌ها کمک می ‌کند به ایرادها و کاستی ‌های محصول خود پی ببرند و برای رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب و موردپسند کاربر تلاش بیشتری کنند.

Identification of the Features of E-reader Applications and Evaluation of Widely Used Iranian Applications

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the features of ereader applications through a systematic review of texts, and also to evaluate four widely used Iranian ereader applications (Fidibo, Taghche, Ketabrah, ketab sabz) in terms of identified features.Method: The present redearch is an applied study in terms of purpose that was conducted on the basis of a systematic review framework. To collect related research texts, 247 works were identified in national and foreign databases. After the initial review (review of keywords, titles, and review of the abstracts), finally 46 related works were extracted and reviewed. Then, in order to determine the extent to which each of the four Iranian ereader applications had the extracted features, a survey study was carried out using this list and through the observation tool.Findings: Among 46 works studied, first 139 components were identified, which were then classified into 18 criteria. Attempts were made to use specialized thesaurus, subject dictionaries, or the views of experts to label each category. The list was evaluated by five experts, including designers and managers of ereader applications, as well as researchers, experts and professionals in the field to remove or add items if necessary. By announcing the opinion of the board of experts, 7 components and 2 criteria were removed, and thus, a list of the most common features of ereader applications was prepared, which included 132 components and was classified into 16 criteria. In the survey study section, the results showed that out of four widely used Iranian ereader applications, lsquo;Taghche rsquo; and lsquo;Fidibo rsquo;, with a slight difference from each other, have a higher status than other Iranian ereader applications in terms of service provision and features considered in the evaluation of ereader applications, and seem to be in an intense competition in the customer market. Furthermore, although lsquo;ketab sabz rsquo; is one of the most widely used Iranian reading applications, it has less than half (49.24%) of the features and is not in a good state.Originality/value: In this research, a systematic review of texts has led to the identification of comprehensive features for ereader applications. Moreover, evaluating and comparing Iranian reading applications help the designers and producers of them to realize the shortcomings of their products, thus make more efforts to achieve the status desired by the user.
