نظریۀ اصالت «اندروز و باگی» و نقش کتابخانۀ‌ عمومی در حفظ و پاسداشت مناظر فرهنگی بومی ایران

هدف: پذیرش اصالت مناظر فرهنگی بومی ناظر بر پیوستگی هویت ما با سرزمین، نمادها، ارزش‌ها و نظام باور ساکنان بومی است. فرض بر این است که کتابخانۀ عمومی نقش مهمی در حفاظت از این اصالت دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر آزمودن این پیش‌فرض بر اساس نظرات مدیران مرکزی و منطقه‌ای نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی در ایران است.روش‌: این یک پژوهش کیفی بر مبنای تحلیل محتوای جهت‌دار است که داده‌های آن با استفاده از روش مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شده است. نمونۀ جامعۀ پژوهش عبارت است از نمونه ای هدفمند از مدیران ارشد و میانی نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور از استان‌های تهران، مازندران و بندرعباس. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده بر اساس نظریۀ اصالت مناظر فرهنگی بومی اندروز و باگی تحلیل شد.یافته‌ ها: اصالت مناظر فرهنگی بومی و نقش کتابخانه‌های عمومی در حفاظت از این اصالت مورد تایید شرکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش قرار گرفت. از جمله مقولاتی که نشان از اهمیت حفظ و پاسداشت اصالت مناظر فرهنگی بومی دارد، ضرورت توجه به آثار نویسندگان بومی، حفظ اشیای فرهنگی تاریخی، برپایی نمایشگاه‌ها و فستیوال‌های منطقه‌ای، و قدردانی از سازندگان و اهداکنندگان آثار هنری بومی قابل‌ذکر است. بااین‌حال، بررسی نظرات شرکت‌کنندگان نشان داد که کتابخانه‌های عمومی نقش فعال و روشنی در حفاظت از مناظر فرهنگی بومی مناطق بررسی‌شده نداشته‌اند.اصالت/ارزش: اصالت مناظر فرهنگی بومی بر پیوستگی ناگزیر هویت و دانش بومی با سرزمین و میراث مادی و فرهنگی تاکید می‌کند. اگرچه توجه به اصالت مناظر فرهنگی بومی مجرای درک محیطی و نیز نوعی سپر بازدارنده در مواجهه با رویدادهای جاری و آتی است، بااین‌حال نقش کتابخانه‌های عمومی در مناطق بررسی‌شده نقشی غیرفعال و کم‌رنگ داشته‌اند. درمان کسالت موجود در بدن کتابخانه های عمومی ایران می‌تواند مدنظر سیاست‌گذاران باشد.

Andrews and Buggey’s Authenticity Theory and Public Library's Role in Preserving and Safeguarding Iran's Aboriginal Cultural Landscapes

Purpose: Authenticity in cultural landscapes integrates our identity with land, aboriginals, symbols, values and also aboriginals rsquo; believe system. Public libraries are assumed to play an important role in preserving this authenticity. The purpose of this study was to test this presumption on the bases of viewpoints of central and local managers at Iran Public Libraries Organization.Method: This is a qualitative directedcontent analysis. The data were collected through semistructured interviews with a sample consisting of senior and middle managers of Iran Public Libraries Organization bureaus in Tehran, Mazandaran and BandarAbbas provinces. The collected data were analyzed considering Andrews and Buggey's Authenticity in Aboriginal Cultural Landscapes theory.Results: Participants confirmed the authenticity in aboriginal cultural landscapes and also the public library role in safeguarding such authenticity. Of the grounded gatagories denoting the need of safeguarding authenticity in aboriginal cultural landscapes were the necessity of acknowledging aboriginal authors works, preserving historical cultural objects, holding local fairs and festivals, and recognizing crafters and donors of aboriginal artworks. Up to participants rsquo; comments public libraries in Iran currently play no active and clear role in preserving indigenous cultural heritage. Treatment of the illness in the body of Iranian public librarires requires policymakers rsquo; rapt attention.Originality/value: This research invites attention to the inevitable integration of identity and indigenous knowledge into the land, and material and cultural heritage. Despite the inactive and inattentive public libraries role, appreciating authenticity in aboriginal cultural landscapes clears a passage through understanding and forms protective shield against current and future events.
