شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های استعدادیابی در فوتبال نابینایان

استعدادیابی به موفقیت در بازی‌های پارالمپیک کمک و مسیر شرکت افراد با معلولیت در ورزش را هموارتر می‌کند. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های استعدادیابی در فوتبال نابینایان بود. روش: در یک مطالعه دلفی (3 دور) به جمع‌آوری نظر گروه متخصصان، شامل استعدادیابان و مربیان فوتبال نابینایان، فوتبالیست‌های نابینا (b1) و اساتید، متخصصان و پژوهشگران در زمینه ورزش نابینایان، در مورد شاخص‌های مهم برای استعدادیابی در فوتبال نابینایان پرداخته شد. سپس درجه اهمیت شاخص‌های مورد توافق با روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی مشخص شد. در این مرحله، گروه متخصصان شامل 7 نفر از استعدادیابان و مربیان فوتبال نابینایان بودند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در این مرحله از نرم افزار اکسپرت چویس، نسخه 11، استفاده شد. نتایج: فهرست نهایی شاخص‌های مهم برای استعدادیابی در فوتبال نابینایان شامل 36 شاخص بود که در 6 گروه دسته‌بندی شدند. مهارت‌های تاکتیکی با وزن (0.254) به عنوان مهم‌ترین معیار استعدادیابی در فوتبال نابینایان انتخاب شد. مهارت‌های تکنیکی (0.207)، شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیکی/ آمادگی جسمانی (0.189)، شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریکی (0.170)، شاخص‌های روانشناسی اجتماعی (0.117) و عوامل مرتبط با معلولیت بینایی (0.063) به ترتیب در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند. نتیجه‌گیری: فرآیند استعدادیابی در فوتبال نابینایان، یک فرآیند چندوجهی است و فوتبالیست‌های نابینا باید در همه شاخص‌های تعیین شده از سطح مناسبی برخوردار باشند تا بتوانند در این رشته پارالمپیکی به موفقیت دست یابند.

talent identification programs will pave the way for the participation of people with disabilities in sports and are important for achieving success in the paralympic games. the purpose of this study was to identify and rank the important attributes for talent identification in blind football. methods: the expert panel including blind football coaches and talent scouts, blind football players, and experts, researchers, and lecturers in the field of sports for visually impaired people, participated in a 3-round e-delphi study to reach consensus on the important attributes for talent identification in blind football. then the list of agreed-on attributes was subjected to an analytical hierarchy process. in this stage, the expert panel, consisted of blind football coaches and talent scouts, ranked the agreed-on attributes according to their importance. the expert choice 11 software was used for analyzing the data collected in this stage. results: the final list of 36 attributes, categorized in 6 groups and ranked by importance, was made. tactical skills (0.254) ranked as the most important factor for talent identification in blind football, followed respectively by technical skills (0.207), physiological/ physical fitness factors (0.189), anthropometrical factors (0.170), psychosocial attributes (0.117), and disability-related factors (0.063. conclusion: talent identification in blind football is a multifaceted process and blind football players are required to be good at all of these agreed-on attributes to be successful in this this paralympic sport.
