ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسش‌نامۀ شایستگی‌های مربیان ورزشی

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، ساخت و اعتبارسنجی ابزاری برای ارزیابی و سنجش شایستگی‌های مربیان ورزشی بود. بدین‌منظور، 300 مربی به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامۀ پژوهشگر‌ساختۀ شایستگی‌های مربیان ورزشی را تکمیل نمودند. شایان‌ذکر است که این پژوهش، توصیفی بوده و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی می‌باشد. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار پژوهش توسط گروهی از اساتید صاحب‌نظر و روایی سازۀ آن به‌وسیلۀ تحلیل عاملی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری تایید گردید. بر‌اساس تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با چرخش متعامد، 29 گویه در هفت عامل قرار گرفتند که این عوامل‌ 64/68 درصد از واریانس شایستگی‌های مربیان ورزشی را تشکیل می‌دادند. شایان‌ذکر است که ‌نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبۀ اول و دوم و ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ از ساختار هفت عاملی 29 سوالی پرسش‌نامه حمایت کرده و روایی و پایایی آن را تایید نمودند. یافته‌های این پژوهش که مهم‌ترین عوامل و شایستگی‌های مورد‌نیاز مربیان ورزشی را فراهم آورد، می‌تواند در طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی برای دوره‌های آموزشی مربیان ورزش و تهیۀ ابزاری برای ارزیابی عملکرد آن‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Construction and Validation of Sport Coaches Competencies Questionnaire

The Purpose of this research study was to construct and validate competency scale for sport coaches. For this purpose, 300 coaches, recruited via purposive sampling, completed a researchermade sport coaches’ competencies questionnaire. The method applied in this research was descriptivecorrelation. Content and face validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by an expert university panel, and construct validity was evaluated using the confirmatory factor analysis based on structural equations. Based on exploratory factor analysis with varimax rotation, 29 items were devided into 7 factors. Total variance of these factors explained 68.64% variance of sport coaches’ competencies. Results showed that firstorder and secondorder confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach’ alpha coefficient supported the 7factor and 29item structure of the questionnaire, and confirmed construct validity, internal consistency and temporal reliability. The findings of the study provide important insights into the competencies required of sport coaches. The findings of this study can be implemented to develop training programs for sport coaches and develop performance appraisal tools.
