شناسایی چالش ها و راهکارهای توسعه رشته والیبال زنان در ایران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالشها و راهکارهای توسعه رشته والیبال زنان در ایران بود پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع همبستگی و از نظر هدف کاربردی و در روش کیفی از مصاحبه با روش کدگذاری باز و در روش کمی به وسیله پرسشنامه بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی با روش گلوله برفی به صورت مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت ورزش صورت پذیرفت و در روش کمی 150 نفر از ،مربیان کارشناسان و ورزشکاران و مدیران تیمهای والیبال بودند برای تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار spss و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار pls استفاده شد.در مولفه چالش های نیروی انسانی شاخص استعدادیابی ضعیف در مدارس دخترانه جهت شناسایی نخبگان والیبالیست مولفه چالش محیطی شاخص عدم وجود اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی اختصاصی برای بانوان در مولفه چالشهای اجتماعی شاخص دیدگاه خانواده ها به ورزش والیبال بانوان صرفاً بعنوان یک تفریح در مولفه چالشهای فرهنگی شاخص استفاده از شعارها و الفاظ نامناسب و رکیک توسط تماشاگران در مولفه راهکارها نیز شاخص انتخاب مسئولین فنی و شایسته در فدراسیون والیبال با نگاه ویژه به والیبال بانوان و در مولفه پیامدها نیز شاخص ایجاد خط مشی برای برنامه ریزی حرفهای والیبال بانوان بیشترین میزان همبستگی را در مولفه های مذکور داشتند. نتایج نشان دارد در وهله اول مدیرانی که در ردههای بالای وزارت ورزش و جوانان قرار دارند میبایست جلساتی با حضور مدیران زن سازمانها و باشگاه های ورزشی بانوان برگزار کرده و سپس با ایجاد زیرساختهایی به انتخاب مدیران شایسته در سمتهای مدیریتی ورزش بانوان و ایجاد بسترهای مناسب مالی در خصوص ساخت اماکن ورزشی ویژه بانوان بپردازند.

identifying development challenges and solutions for women's sports in iran (case study: iranian women's volleyball)

the purpose of the present study was to identify the challenges and strategies for the development of women’s volleyball in iran.the statistical population consisted of 15elites and150coaches,experts, athletes and managers of volleyball teams.the sampling method was108using the cochran’s formula.in5components in challenges as well as solutions and consequences of this development were evaluated with20questions.content and face validity were confirmed by professors and its reliability was obtained by cronbach’s alpha test of 0.83. poor talent identification index in girls ’schools to identify volleyball elites with71%,environmental challenge component index of lack of places and sports facilities for women with86%, in social challenges component index of families’ view of women’s volleyball sport only as a hobby index with81%, in cultural component.work by spectators with84%,in the component of solutions, the index of selection of technical and competent officials in the women’s volleyball federation with a special focus on women with84% and the component of outcomes also showed the index of creating a policy for professional women’s volleyball planning with84% of the highest correlation between the mentioned components. the most influential component with a path coefficient of 0.850 and a value of t(4.568)is the strategy component and the least effective component with a path coefficient of 0.519and a value of t(3.208)is the cultural component.to evaluate these contracts and make the right decisions to solve these problems, then by creating the infrastructure to select the appropriate managers in the management positions of women’s sports and create appropriate financial bases for the construction of sports facilities for women.
