طراحی الگوی توسعه عوامل محیطی ورزش قهرمانی کاراته ایران

توسعه ورزشی باید در راستای طراحی بهتر و روش‌های موثرتر ارتقا و افزایش علاقه، مشارکت و اجرا در ورزش باشد. کاراته به‌عنوان یکی از امیدهای کسب مدال در المپیک پیش روست؛ لذا هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی توسعه عوامل محیطی ورزش قهرمانی کاراته ایران بود. این مطالعه به روش ترکیبی و از نوع طرح‌های تحقیقی آمیخته اکتشافی بود. مرحله اول (کیفی) به روش داده بنیاد بود؛ که در این راستا، افراد مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش و خبرگان ورزش کاراته کشور به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و از طریق مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرداخته ‌شد. در نهایت، داده‌های حاصل از 20 مصاحبه به روش داده بنیاد و از طریق سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. مرحله دوم (فاز کمی) به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود؛ که با استفاده از پرسشنامه 21 گویه برگرفته از بخش کیفی انجام گردید. آزمودنی ها در این فاز به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و شامل ورزشکاران، مربیان و دست‌اندرکاران لیگ برتر کاراته ایران که با توجه به حجم جامعه مورد نظر تعداد 278 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان‌دهنده نقش ویژه عوامل فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، بین‌الملل و محیط زیست به‌منظور فراهم آوردن محیط مناسب برای توسعه ورزش قهرمانی کاراته ایران بود.نتایج تحقیق عوامل محیطی و اولویت های آن را برای برنامه ریزی مدیران در دستیابی به سطح مطلوب توسعه کاراته ایران خاطر نشان کرد.

designing of a developmental model of the environmental factors of the karate championship sport of the iran

sports development should be in line with better design and more effective ways to promote and increase interest, karate is one of the hopes of winning a medal in the upcoming olympics; the purpose of this study is the designing a developmental model of the contextual factors of the karate championship sport of the iran. it is a combined exploratory mixed study. the first phase (qualitative phase) was a qualitative study using grounded theory method. the participants of the study were selected from the experts in the karate field of the country. data were collected through the semi-structured interviews. then, the data were analyzed through grounded theory method. the second phase of the study (quantitative phase) was done quantitatively using structural equation modeling method. for this purpose, 21questions of the questionnaire were used based on the model of sport for all in iran. the samples were selected among the iranian athletes, coaches, sport staff involved in karate premier league using stratified random sampling method and 278participants were selected based on morgan table.the data were analyzed through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling through using lisrel software. the results showed the special role of cultural, social, economic, political, international and environmental factors in order to provide a suitable contextual for the development of the karate in iran. the results of the present study pointed out the environmental factors and its priorities for planning of managers in order to achieve the desired level of development of iranian karate championship sport.
