ارائۀ الگویی برای تحلیل اکوسیستمی توسعۀ اشتغال فارغ‌التحصیلان تحصیلات تکمیلی تربیت بدنی دانشگاه آزاد

این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگویی برای تحلیل اکوسیستمی توسعه اشتغال فارغ التحصیلان تحصیلات تکمیلی تربیت بدنی دانشگاه آزاد انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی با ماهیت اکتشافی و مبتنی بر رویکرد تماتیکبود. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش افرد آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بودند؛ ازاینرو نمونه گیری با روش هدفمند(قضاوتی) تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد (16 نفر). ابزار پژوهش ، مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه ساختارمند بود. روایی پژوهش براساس اعتبار علمی و حقوقی نمونه، روایی محتوایی سو ال ها و میزان توافق بین مصححان کدگذاری تایید شد. در فرایند کدگذاری، یافته های حاصل از مصاحبه به همراه مطالعه مبانی و پیشینه پژوهش، چهارچوب بندی شدند. چهارچوب و مدل مفهومی شامل سه سطح، هفت منظر، 15 بعد و 57 مولفه بود. سطوح مدل به صورت توالی اثرگذاری شامل محیطی و اکوسیستمی، ساختاری و سیستمی، کارکردی و توسعه ای بود. سطح محیطی و اکوسیستمی شامل منظرهای رویکردهای سیستم آموزشی و روندهای بازار اشتغال بود. سطح ساختاری و سیستمی شامل منظرهای قابلیت های علوم ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد، ظرفیت های سیستم اشتغال در ورزش و چالش های اشتغال فارغ التحصیلان بود. سطح کارکردی و توسعه ای شامل منظرهای راهبردهای توسعه اشتغال فارغ التحصیلان و پیامدهای محتمل و مرجح بود. براساس مدل پژوهش می توان گفت که اشتغال فارغ التحصیلان فرایندی نظام مند و چندبعدی است که براساس حمایت اکوسیستمی، کارآمدی ساختاری می تواند توسعه یابد. مدل ارائه شده می تواند در تحلیل و برنامه ریزی اشتغال فارغ التحصیلان استفاده شود.

providing a model for ecosystem analysis of employment development of physical education postgraduates of the islamic azad university

the purpose of this study was to provide a model for the ecosystem analysis of employment development of physical education postgraduates of azad university. the research method is qualitative with exploratory nature and based on thematic approach. participants in the study included individuals aware of the research topic. therefore, sampling was performed by purposive (judgmental) method until theoretical saturation was reached (16 people). the research tool was a semi-structured exploratory interview. the validity of the study was confirmed based on the scientific and legal validity of the sample, the content validity of the questions and the degree of agreement between the coding correctors. in the coding process, the findings of the interview were framed along with a study of the basics and background of the research. the conceptual framework and model included 3 levels, 7 perspectives, 15 dimensions and 57 components. model levels are sequentially effective, including environmental and ecosystem, structural and systemic, functional and developmental. the environmental and ecosystem level includes perspectives on education system approaches and employment market trends. the structural and systemic level includes perspectives on the capabilities of the azad university's sports sciences, the capacities of the sports employment system, and the employment challenges of graduates. the functional and developmental level includes perspectives on graduate employment development strategies and possible and preferred outcomes. based on the research model, it can be stated that graduate employment is a systematic and multidimensional process that based on ecosystem support, structural efficiency can be developed. the proposed model can be used in the analysis and planning of graduate employment.
