طراحی مدل پرورش استراتژیست در ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان‌های کشور: نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پرورش استراتژیست در حوزۀ ورزش، به ارائه یک مدل با روش پژوهش کیفی و ماهیت اکتشافی پرداخته است. بدین منظور از نظریه داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد ساخت‌گرا برای تعیین مدل پرورش استراتژیست در ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان‌های کشور استفاده شد. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش، نخبگان و متخصصان مرتبط با حوزۀ ورزش بودند. دوازده نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مطالعات میدانی که از طریق مصاحبه‌ها حاصل‌شده بود، کدگذاری شد. فرایند کدگذاری شامل چهار مرحله کدگذاری اولیه، متمرکز، محوری و نظری بود. در فرایند مراحل به‌ترتیب 517 کد اولیه، 15 کد متمرکز، چهار مقوله فرعی و یک مقوله اصلی (پرورش استراتژیست) شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد به‌منظور پرورش نیروهای استراتژیست در سازمان‌های ورزشی، به غربالگری افراد براساس شایستگی‌های استراتژیست (فردی، آموزشی، میان‌فردی و ارتباطی، تخصصی و مدیریتی) و همچنین شیوه‌هایی برای توسعۀ‌ شایستگی‌های آنان و الزامات سازمانی نیاز است. با پرورش استراتژیست‌ها در حوزۀ ورزش می‌توان اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز مدیریت‌های برنامه‌محور و ماموریت‌گرا را با توجه به تحولات جهانی در ورزش انتظار داشت و همچنین توسعه نسبتاً پایدار برنامه‌های ورزشی، رشد و ایجاد سازمان‌های پویا و بهره‌ور در ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان را انتظار داشت.

Designing a Model for Strategist Breeding in General Offices of Sports and Youth in the Provinces of the Country: Grounded Theory

The present study aims to strategist breeding in the field of sports, has presented a model with a qualitative research method and exploratory nature. For this purpose, the grounded theory with a constructivist approach was used to determine the model of strategist breeding in the General Offices of Sports and Youth in the provinces of the country. The statistical society of the study was elites and specialists related to sports.12 people who were selected through targeted sampling, participated in the study. Qualitative data from field studies obtained through interviews were coded. The process consisted of four steps: initial, centralized, axial, and theoretical coding. In the process, 517 primary codes, 15 centralized codes, four subcategories and one main category (strategist training) were identified, respectively. The analysis of the findings showed that in order to training strategic forces in sports organizations, it is necessary to screen people based on strategic competencies (individual, educational, interpersonal and communication, professional and managerial) as well as ways to develop their competencies and organizational requirements. By training strategists in the field of sports, we can expect the successful implementation of programoriented and missionoriented management in light of global developments in sports and the relatively sustainable development of sports programs, growth and creation of dynamic and productive organizations in the Offices of Sports and Youth.
