بررسی اثر ضدمیکروبی ترکیب پرده‌ آمونیوتیک، arnebia euchroma، روغن کنجد و موم زنبورعسل بر باکتری‌های گرم مثبت و گرم منفی در زخم‌های سوختگی درجه دو

مقدمه: برخی از بافت‌های طبیعی بدن مانند پرده‌ آمنیوتیک و نیز گیاهان دارویی ارزان و در دسترس مانند گیاه ابوخلسا با نام علمیarnebia euchroma  می‌توانند در درمان زخم سوختگی، کاهش عفونت آن و کاهش زمان بهبودی موثر باشند. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثرات ضدمیکروبی ترکیبی از پرده‌ آمنیوتیک، عصاره‌ ابوخلسا، روغن کنجد و موم زنبورعسل بر رشد باکتری‌های گرم مثبت و گرم منفی در زخم‌های سوختگی درجه دو است.مواد و روش‏‏ها: پس از دریافت بافت پرده‌ آمنیوتیک از زنان باردار، این بافت با روغن کنجد، موم زنبورعسل و عصاره‌ گیاه arnebia euchroma ، مخلوط و روی زخم سوختگی موش‌های مدل سوختگی آلوده‌شده به باکتری‌های e.coli، استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، سودوموناس آئروژنز و آسینتوباکتر بومانی، در دو گروه مورد و شاهد، ضماد شد. سپس شمارش میکروبی انجام شد.نتایج: با توجه به یافته‌های ما، شمار پاتوژن‌ها در نمونه‌های زخم موش‌هایی که درمان این ضماد را دریافت کرده بودند، کمتر از موش‌های شاهد بود.بحث و نتیجه‏گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهند استفاده از ترکیب پرده‌ آمنیوتیک، عصاره‌ گیاه arnebia euchroma، روغن کنجد و موم زنبورعسل روی زخم حاصل از سوختگی درجه دوم تاثیر درمانی دارد. استفاده از این ترکیب پس از تحقیقات بیشتر برای درمان زخم‌های سوختگی توصیه می‌شود.

Investigating the Antimicrobial Effects of Amniotic Membrane, Arnebia Euchroma, Sesame Oil, and Bee Wax on Gram-positive and Gram-negative Bacteria in Second-degree Burn Wounds

Some tissues of the body such as the amniotic membrane and cheap and available medicinal plants such as Arnebia euchroma can be effective in treating burn wounds, reducing its infection, and healing time. The aim of the present study was to investigate the antimicrobial effects of a combination of amniotic membrane, Arnebia Euchroma (AE) extract, sesame oil, and bee wax on the growth of grampositive and gramnegative bacteria in seconddegree burn wounds. After receiving amniotic membrane tissue from pregnant women, this tissue was mixed with sesame oil, bee wax, and Arnebia Euchroma extract and applied to the burn wounds of mice model infected with E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Acinetobacter baumannii. This combination was applied in case and control groups, and microbial counting was then performed. According to the findings of the present study, the number of pathogens in wound samples of mice treated with this combination was less than in control mice. The results of this study also showed that the use of a combination of amniotic membrane, AE plant extract, sesame oil, and bee wax had a therapeutic effect on seconddegree burn wounds. The use of this compound after further research is recommended for the treatment of burn wounds.
