اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد امید درمانی بر افسردگی مادران کودکان دارای معلولیت جسمی حرکتی

مقدمه: این پژوهش ‌با هدف بررسی اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد امید درمانی بر افسردگی مادران کودکان دارای معلولیت جسمی حرکتی صورت گرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون، با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مادران کودکان دارای معلولیت جسمی حرکتی بود. با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 30 نفر از بین این افراد انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) گمارش شدند و گروه آزمایش امید درمانی قرار گرفت. مقیاس افسردگی بک به صورت پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون در هر دو گروه اجرا شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که نمرات شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش، در نمره افسردگی به طور معناداری کمتر از گروه گواه بود. نتیجه گیری: بر این اساس، امید درمانی می‌تواند باعث کاهش علائم افسردگی مادران کودکان معلول شود و گام موثری در بهبود وضعیت روانی آن ها و روابط والد فرزندی باشد.

The Effectiveness of Hope Therapy on the Depression of Mothers of Children with Physical Disabilities

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of group therapy based on the hope therapy approach on depression of mothers of children with physical disabilities. Method: The present study is an experimental research with pretest, posttest, control group. The statistical population of this study was mothers of children with physical disabilities. A sample of 30 people was selected through  available sampling method and assigned to experimental (n =15) and control (n =15) groups and the hope therapy was conducted to the experimental group. The Beck Depression Scale was used in both groups in the form of pretest and posttest. Results: The results of covariance analysis showed that the depression scores of the participants in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: It was shown that hope therapy can reduce the depression symptoms in mothers of disabled children and can be an effective step in improving their mental status and parentchild relationship.
