بررسی ساز و کار تعیین و بازنگری قیمت در قراردادهای خرید و فروش ال ان جی

از قراردادهای رایج در صنعت گاز قراردادهای خرید و فروش ال ان جی بوده و از مسائل مهم آن به دلیل طولانی مدت بودن، تعیین قیمت و بازنگری در آن می باشد. این مقاله به بررسی رابطه میان تحول نظام تعیین قیمت با شرط بازنگری، ارزیابی تاثیر تحولات جهانی همچون آزادسازی، بیماری همه گیر و جنگ، بر این بازار می پردازد.نویسنده از آخرین مقالات و کتب برای تحقیق در این موضوع استفاده نموده و بدین شکل با روش توصیفی تحلیلی مشخص گردید:این قراردادها به شکل سنتی بلند مدت بوده و تعیین قیمت نیز به صورت مقطوع، بر مبنای نفت، گاز و ترکیبی از نفت و گاز، بوده و روش رقابت گاز با گاز منعکس کننده واقعیات بازار می باشد. با تغییر در شیوه قیمت گذاری از نفت به گاز و ایجاد موجی از بازنگری مشخص گردید این امر بر بازنگری در قیمت تاثیر گذاشته و تحولات اخیر نیز بازار را به صورت افزایش یا کاهش در تقاضا، متحول ساخته و بر قیمت ها، میزان تولید و سرمایه گذاری اثر گذار بوده است.

investigation of price determination and price review in lng purchase and sale contracts

introduction among the various gas products, natural gas is one of the most important ones. according to the paris agreement, which aimed to control the increase in global temperatures, countries are effectively and dynamically changing and updating their energy consumption structures. in order to transition from the traditional fossil energy system to a renewable and clean energy system, natural gas plays an important role in reducing carbon emissions and promoting the sustainable development of human societies. the common contracts in the gas industry are contracts for the purchase and sale of lng,and one of its important issues is due to its long term, price determination and revision. therefore, the consumption of this fuel shows an increasing trend in recent years. this paper examines the types of lng contracts, the pricing of these contracts, and the relationship between the evolution of the pricesetting system with the condition of revision, and the impact of global developments such as liberalization, pandemic, and war, on this market. with this purpose, after introducing the types ofcommon contracts in the gas industry and introducing long term contracts for the purchase and sale of lng, the author examines the types of pricing and methods of determining and revising the price and the relationship between them and the role of changes in recent years, including market liberalization, war, and epidemics in determining and revising the price.
