مقایسۀ هماهنگی درون‌عضوی مهارت پرتاب دارت در پرتابگران ماهر و مبتدی: یک مطالعۀ سینماتیکی

یکی از موضوعات مهمی که در پژوهش‌های بیومکانیکی مهارت پرتاب دارت به آن پرداخته نشده است بررسی هماهنگی اندام‌های مختلف درگیر در اجرای این مهارت در پرتابگران مبتدی و ماهر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر توصیف و مقایسۀ هماهنگی درون عضوی مفاصل شانه-آرنج دست پرتاب‌کننده در فازهای مختلف مهارت پرتاب دارت در پرتابگران ماهر و مبتدی بود. شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش شامل 12 پرتابگر مبتدی (میانگین سنی 21/91±2/31 سال) و یک پرتابگر ماهر (32 ساله) بودند. هماهنگی درون‌عضوی شامل هماهنگی بین مفاصل شانه و آرنج بود و با استفاده از نمودارهای زاویه-زاویه نمایش داده شد. نقاط شروع و پایان پرتاب‌ها با استفاده از روش درون‌یابی خطی یکسان‌سازی و به 100 نقطه زمانی نرمالیزه شدند. همچنین، خطای الگوی حرکت با استفاده از فرمول normd محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت آشکاری بین پرتابگران ماهر و مبتدی در هماهنگی درون‌عضوی مفاصل شانه-آرنج در هر دو فاز حرکتی مهارت پرتاب دارت وجود داشت. همچنین تفاوت درخور ‌ملاحظه‌ای بین الگوی حرکت پرتابگران مبتدی با پرتابگر ماهر وجود داشت (50=normd). درباره نتایج پژوهش باتوجه به ویژگی‌های فضایی-زمانی اجرای مهارت پرتاب دارت در پرتابگران ماهر و مبتدی و ملاحظات کاربردی آن در زمینه بهبود مهارت و جلوگیری از خطای حرکتی بحث شد.

comparing intra-limb coordination of dart throwing in skilled and novice throwers: a kinematic study

there is a lack of studies on the coordination of the various limbs involved in performing dart-throwing skill in novices and skilled performers. the aim of the present study was to describe and compare the intra-limb coordination of the shoulder-elbow joints in different phases of dart throwing skill in skilled and novice throwers. participants included 12 novice throwers (mean age of 21.91±2.31 years old) and one skilled thrower (32 years old). intra-limb coordination consisted of coordination between the shoulder and elbow joints and was demonstrated using angle-angle plots. the start and end points of the throws were standardized using the linear interpolation method and normalized to 100 points. moreover, the movement pattern error was calculated using the normd formula. the results showed that there was a clear difference between skilled and novice throwers in the intra-limb coordination of the shoulder-elbow joints in both phases of dart throwing. there was also a significant difference between the movement pattern of novice throwers and skilled thrower (normd=50). the findings were discussed according to the spatio-temporal characteristics of dart throwing skills in skilled and novice throwers and its practical considerations in improving skills and preventing movement errors.
