شناسایی مولفه‌های معلم اثربخش تربیت‌بدنی و ارزیابی وضعیت آن در مدارس شهر زنجان

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مولفه‌های معلم اثربخش تربیت‌بدنی و ارزیابی وضعیت آن در مدارس شهر زنجان بود. این پژوهش ازنوع مطالعات توصیفیپیمایشی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری 220 نفر از معلمان تربیت‌بدنی شهر زنجان در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396 بودند و نمونه موردنظر با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 136 نفر برآورد شد. نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم و به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد که 69 معلم مرد و 67 معلم زن بودند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگرساخته‌ای حاوی 59 گویه در هشت مولفه بود که پایایی آن ازطریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 97% به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون‌های کلموگروفاسمیرنوف، تی تک‌نمونه‌ای‌، تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس (آنوا) و آزمون فریدمن) استفاده شد. با توجه به معناداربودن آزمون تی در سطح (0.05≥p )، میانگین حاکی از آن بود که اثربخشی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی شهر زنجان درحد مطلوب قرار داشت و در سطح مولفه‌های به‌دست‌آ‌‌مده «ویژگی‌های علمی و تخصصی»، «مهارت‌ تدریس» و «مهارت ارزشیابی»، نسبتاً مطلوب و سایر مولفه‌ها در سطح مطلوب بودند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، به‌نظر می‌رسد وضعیت اثربخشی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی شهر زنجان رضایت‌بخش است، اما می‌توان آن را ازطریق افزایش سطح مطالعه در زمینه تخصصی، کسب مهارت مدیریت و رهبری کلاس درس، استفاده از ارزشیابی هماهنگ و غیره به سطحی بالاتر ارتقا داد.

Identifying Components of Effective Physical Education Teacher and Assessing Its Status in Zanjan Schools

The purpose of this study was to identify the components of an effective physical education teacher and assess its status in Zanjan schools, which is a descriptivesurvey method. The statistical population consisted 220 physical education teachers in Zanjan city in 1396 – 1397 year and the sample were selected 136 teachers using Morgan table. Accordingly, the research sample was selected using stratified sampling method and randomly selected from 69 male and 67 female teachers. The research instrument was a researchermade questionnaire containing 59 items in 8 components, whose reliability was 97% by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics KolmogorovSmirnov test, onesample T test, independentsample T test, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Friedman test. The results showed that considering the significance of onesample T test at the level (P≤0.05), the observed mean score indicated that the effectiveness of physical education teachers in Zanjan was at the optimum level and at the level of the components obtained features Scientific and specialized , teaching skills and evaluation skills , relatively desirable and other components were at the optimal level. Regarding the results of the research, it seems that the effectiveness of physical education teachers in Zanjan is satisfactory, but it can be promoted to a higher level by increasing the level of study in the field of expertise, acquiring classroom management and leadership skills, using coordinated evaluation, and so on.
