نقش نظام حکمرانی آموزش عالی در ارتقاء هویت ملی ایران

هویت ملی ازجمله عرصه هایی است که هر حکومتی‌ می تواند با اتخاذ سیاست‌ها و خطی مشی های راهبردی به مدیریت مناسب این حوزه بپردازد و بدین وسیله، گرایش اعضای جامعه‌ دانشجو و دانشور جامعه علمی و دانشگاهی را نسبت به آن از مسیر آگاهی و دانش، تقویت نماید؛ چراکه این موضوع هویت ملی از جهات متفاوت برای جامعه مهم است؛نکته اولی این است که می‌تواند موجبات تحکیم همبستگی و انسجام در کشور را فراهم کند.دوم اینکه پرداختن به هویت ملی معطوف به چالش ها، مستلزم در نظر داشتن تغییرات و تحولاتی است که ضرورت دانش و آگاهی را طلب می کند.در این میان، یکی از ابزارها و سازوکارهای حکومت‌ برای تکوین و تقویت هویت ملی،از مجرای آگاهی، نهاد آموزش عالی است. سیستم آموزشی دانشگاهی در کانال و مسیر آموزش می تواند به انتقال مفاهیم و فهم مناسب چالش ها و مسائل هویت ملی در شرایط در حال تغییر و لزوم اتخاذ راهبرد علمی مطلوب در قبال آن بپردازد.تا بالتبع آن، زمینه‌های تقویت حس تعلق افراد به هویت ملی خود از طریق علم و دانایی فراهم شود که در نهایت آن منجر به تحکیم همبستگی و انسجام اجتماعی می‌شود. باتوجه ‌‌به اهمیت‌‌این موضوع و شکل گیری چالش های پیچیده ای که در ارتباط با هویت ملی شکل گرفته ضرورت استفاده از این ظرفیت بیش از پیش حس می شود. دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز درحال‌حاضر ناگزیر از بهره‌گیری مطلوب‌تر از‌ آموزش عالی، به‌منظور تربیت دانشجویان درجهت تقویت گرایش آنان به هویت ملی‌ خود است.این مسئله باتوجه ‌به جوان‌بودن بخش عمده‌ای از جمعیت ایران و قرارداشتن در عصر جهانی‌شدن و نقش این پدیده در تضعیف گرایش بسیاری از دانشجویان ایرانی نسبت به هویت ملی خود، ضرورت پرداخت بیشتری یافته است. روش مقاله، توصیفی تحلیلی است و یافته‌ها، حکایت از تغییر در برخی جهت گیری‌ها معطوف به وضعیت های چالشی جدید است.

national identity is one of the important fields that any government can manage in a way by adopting strategic policies and policies, and thus, the tendency of the members of the scientific, academic and student community, to strengthen awareness andknowledge about it; because the issue of national identity is important for society indifferent ways. the first important point is that national identity can provide reasons forstrengthening solidarity and cohesion in the country. second, dealing with thechallenges of national identity requires taking into account the changes anddevelopments that require knowledge and awareness. meanwhile, one of the importanttools and mechanisms of the government to develop and strengthen the nationalidentity, through the channel of awareness, is the institution of higher education. theuniversity education system in the channel and path of education can transfer theconcepts and proper understanding of the challenges and issues of national identity inthe changing conditions and the need to adopt a suitable scientific strategy for it. sothat, as a result, the grounds for strengthening people's sense of belonging to theirnational identity through science and knowledge are provided, which ultimately leads tothe consolidation of solidarity and social cohesion. considering the importance of thisissue and the complex challenges that have arisen in connection with the nationalidentity, the necessity of using this capacity is felt more and more. the state of the islamic republic of iran is also forced to make better use of higher education in order totrain students in order to strengthen their orientation towards their national identity.considering the fact that a large part of iran's population is young and in the era ofglobalization, and the role of this phenomenon in weakening the tendency of manyiranian students towards their national identity, this issue has become more necessary.the method of the article is descriptive analytical and the findings indicate a change in some orientations towards new challenging situations
