بررسی علل و عوامل کاهش مشارکت سیاسی در انتخابات یازدهمین دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی

مشارکت در انتخابات یازدهمین دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی نه تنها از 10 دوره قبل خود، بلکه از دیگر انتخابات کشور هم کمتر است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاربردی و روش تحلیلی- توصیفی، از طریق مطالعات اکتشافی تنظیم شده است. به منظور سنجش میزان تاثیر هر یک از شاخص ها مبادت به تعیین و تشکیل گروه هدف خبرگان متشکل از اساتید دانشگاه و صاحبنظران به تعداد 30 نفر نمود. تجزیه وتحلیل داده های شاخص های تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نشان داد، کاهش مشارکت در انتخابات مجلس یازدهم تک علتی نبوده وتابع ترکیبی از علل و عوامل مختلف در هم تنیده و متاثر از هم در حوزه ها و زمینه های مختلف با میزان تاثیر متفاوت است. که شاخص های بی تفاوتی و کوتاهی نمایندگان مجلس دهم در قبال شعارها و ادعاهای نمایندگی، رقابت سیاسی انتخاباتی غیر نهادمند مبتنی بر ایده تکاپوی حذف رقیب و ستیز بین احزاب و جناح‌های سیاسی ، بلاتکلیفی لایحه های cft و پالرمو وعدم عضویت درfatf، محدودیت رای دهندگان درگزینش نامزدهای مطلوب خود، تشریفانی دانستن انتخابات و تحریم ها و تبعات آن بر اقتصاد و سیاست و هزینه اداره کشور بیشترین تاثیر را داشته اند.
