از سرمایه تا سرمایه سیاسی؛ نقدی بر تکوین نظریه سرمایه سیاسی

تاملی در مختصات مفهومی نظریه سرمایه سیاسی در مقایسه با سایر اشکال سرمایه، تداخل و هم‌پوشانی‌های مفهومی به نسبت بالایی را آشکار می‌سازد. این امر سبب ایجاد تردید در ماهیت نظری و یافته‌های برآمده از مطالعات این حوزه، می‌شود. بر همین مبنا، پژوهش حاضر با نگرشی انتقادی، به روش توصیفی تبیینی و بر پایه رویکرد تاریخ نظریه‌ها، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است: سیر تکوین و تعیّن نظری مستقل مفهوم سرمایه سیاسی و مختصات مفهومی آن، به چه صورت است؟ یافته‌ها حاکی است که انسجام نظریه سرمایه سیاسی، عمدتاً درنتیجه‌ی وقوع سلسله تحولات اجتماعی سیاسی ( له یا علیه نظام سرمایه‌داری) و تحولات نظری (ظرفیت‌های تحلیلی سرشار مفهوم سرمایه در علوم اجتماعی سیاسی سوداندیش و عملگرایانه آمریکا و انتقادی فرانسه) به‌خصوص در ربع آخر قرن بیستم و به‌ویژه متاثر از مطالعات اصحاب سرمایه و در راس آنان نوآوری‌های نظری بوردیو و به‌علاوه تضارب آراء محققان متاخر حوزه‌های علمی مختلف در عرصه‌ی سرمایه سیاسی (متاثر از سه خاستگاه نظری مبتنی بر سرمایه‌های اجتماعی، نمادین و کل)، پی‌ریزی شده است. اساساً هیچ‌گاه این سرمایه به‌صورت خالص وجود ندارد و لذا نمی‌توان تعریفی یکّه برای آن در نظر گرفت. با این حال، هسته اصلی معرّف این سرمایه به صورت استعاره‌ای از انباشت قدرت با هدف غایی مشروعیت سیاسی، قابل تبیین است.

From Capital to Political Capital; A Critique of the development of the Theory of Political Capital

Attention in conceptual coordinates of the theory of political capital, in comparison with other forms of capital, reveals relatively high overlaps and conceptual ambiguities. This casts doubt on the theoretical nature and findings of studies in this field. Accordingly, the present study with a Critical attitude, in a descriptiveexplanatory method and based on a historical approach (history of theories), concentrates on this question :What is the evolution and independent theoretical determining of the concept of political capital and its conceptual coordinates? Findings indicate that the coherence of the theory of political capital is mainly due to the necessity of a series of sociopolitical developments (mainly for or against the capitalist system) and reciprocally theoretical developments (rich analytical capacities of the concept of capital in the American utilitarian and pragmatic sociopolitical sciences and French Critical), Especially in the last quarter of the twentieth century, especially influenced by the studies of Companions of the capital and especially by Pierre Bourdieu’s theoretical innovations, as well as the contending views of late scholars in various fields of political capital (Influenced by three theoretical origins based on social capital, symbolic and total), it has been laid. basically political capital did not exist in a pure form and therefore no single definition can be considered for it. However the Definitive core of this capital can be explained as a metaphor of the accumulation of power with the ultimate goal of political legitimacy.
