جمهوری اسلامی ایران و نظام بین‌الملل: چرایی چالش‌ها و راهبردها

با توجه به تداوم وضعیت چالش در روابط ایران و کانون‌های قدرت در نظام بین‌الملل به ویژه آمریکا، تحقیقات و پژوهش‌های متعدد وگسترده‌ای در خصوص تبیین وضعیت ایران و نظام بین‌الملل وجود دارد که این حجم انبوه از تحلیل‌ها، ضرورت یک فرا مطالعه ویکپارچه‌سازی برای رسیدن به هسته مشترک آنها را الزامی می‌سازد و این پژوهش به دنبال ترکیب یافته‌های قبلی و نگاهی جدید و جامع‌ به این چالش می‌باشد. سوال اصلی در این پژوهش به این قرار است که پدیده وضعیت چالش‌گونه نظام بین‌الملل با ایران در یافته‌های پژوهشی پژوهشگران ایران چگونه بازنمایی شده است؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال، این مقاله با رویکردی لایه‌ای به پدیده چالش مذکور و بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون به بررسی ادبیات موجود پرداخته و کلیه آثار موجود در حوزه موضوعی تحقیق اعم از کتاب، مقاله و رساله دکتری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌های این پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که مولفه‌های بنیادین تولیدکننده وضعیت چالش عبارتند از سه حوزه گفتمان‌ها، اقدامات و مدیریت چالش‌ها؛ که گفتمان‌ها و به صورت خاص تقابل دو گفتمان سلطه‌طلبانه آمریکایی با گفتمان مقاومت ضد سلطه از سوی گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی از مهم‌ترین عوامل این چالش به حساب می‌آیند و مبتنی بر این یافته ها، هرچند امکان مدیریت این چالش در سطوح روئین و با الگوهای مدیریت چالش در راستای کاهش تهدیدات و افزایش فرصت‌ها وجود دارد، اما، آینده چالش بین‌المللی ایران به دلیل ظرفیت تقابل گفتمانی با فراز و نشیب تداوم خواهد یافت.

Islamic Republic of Iran and International System:Challenges and Solutions

Given the continuing challenge in the relationship between Iran and the super powers in the international system, especially the United States, there are numerous and extensive researches to explain the situation in Iran and the international system. This massive volume of analyzes necessitates a metastudy and integration to reach their common core, and this study seeks to combine previous findings with a new and comprehensive perspective toward this challenge. The main question in this research is how the phenomenon of the challenging situation of the international system with Iran is represented in the research findings of Iranian researchers? To answer this question, this article examines the existing literature with a layered approach to the phenomenon of the mentioned challenge and using the method of content analysis, and all the existing works in the thematic field of research, including books, articles and doctoral dissertations, were examined. The findings of this study indicate that the fundamental components of the challenge situation are the three areas of discourses, actions and challenge management; The discourses, and in particular the confrontation of two American hegemonic discourses with the antidomination resistance discourse by the Islamic Revolution discourse, are among the most important factors in this challenge, and based on these findings, There is a tendency to reduce threats and increase opportunities, but the future of Iran’s international challenge will more or less continue due to its capacity for discourse confrontation.
