عقلانیت ارتباطی در سطح جهان و همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا همه‌گیری ویروس کووید- 19 و تاثیر آن بر گسترش عقلانیت ارتباطی معطوف به جهان شهرگرایی

این نوشتار به توضیح سطوح اثرگذاری همه گیری ویروسی کووید 19، کرونا، بر گسترش عقلانیت ارتباطی در سطح می پردازد. پرسش اصلی نوشتار آن است که کرونا چه پیامدهای اجتماعی قابل توجهی را در سطح حوزه عمومی جهانی (نظام آگاهی فرا ملی) برجای نهاده است؟ مدعای نوشتار آن است که بحران کرونا امکان گفت‌وگوی زیست جهان را در باب خیر عمومی در سطح فراملی گسترشی بی سابقه داده است؛گفت‌وگویی که، در مسیر شکل بخشی به توافق‌های خردورزانه در حوزه عمومی جهانی، منجر به ارتقاء عقلانیت موثر جهت بسط جهان شهرگرایی گردیده است. حاصل آن که امروزه روز حوزه عمومی جهانی، توانمندتر از هر زمان دیگری در تاریخ معاصر، قادر به لحاظ به هم پیوستگی منافع بشری به گونه ای ورای معیارهای قومی، جنسی و ملی گردیده است. توجه بیش تر به مقولاتی هم چون توسعه پایدار در سطح جهان از جمله نتایج این رویکرد بوده است. روش این پژوهش تحلیلیتوصیفی است و طی آن تلاش شده است تا با مراجعه به منابع طراز نخست درکی از مراتب این تحول مهم و در حال پدیداری ارایه شود.

Communication Rationality in the World and the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid-19)Covid-19 Virus Epidemic and its Impact on the Formation of a Communicative Rationality Focused on Cosmopolitanism

This Paper explains the various aspects of the effect of the Covid19, Corona, epidemic on the development of communication rationality. The main question of the paper is what significant social consequences does the corona have in the global public sphere and its dependent global consciousness system? It argues that the Corona crisis has unprecedentedly expanded and deepened the possibility of dialogue on beneficial lifestyles that focus on the public good at the transnational level; A dialogue that, based on the shaping of rational agreements in the global public sphere, can lead to the promotion of effective communication rationality for the expansion of Cosmopolitanism. The paper shows that even now, influenced by these global dialogues on the Corona epidemic, the global public sphere has been able to address the diverse interconnectedness of human interests, regardless of ethnic, sexual, or national characteristics, more than at any time in contemporary history. Accordingly, it predicts that more systematic attention to issues such as sustainable development at the level of global policymaking in the postcorona space will be among the results of this situation.
