تغییر ساختار و مولفه‌های قدرت پس از همه‌گیری کرونا؛ آینده پژوهی تاریخ اکنون

همه‌گیری کرونا تغییرات زیادی را بر جوامع انسانی تحمیل کرد. فراگیری این بیماری موجب شد ساختارهای فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی دنیای معاصر به چالش کشیده شود و به‌دنبال آن ایده‌های جدیدی در مورد آیندة جوامع بشری ارائه شود. از جمله در سطح قدرت سیاسی ایدة سقوط قدرت‌های پیشین، ظهور تمدن‌های جدید و گذار جوامع انسانی به سوی جنگ‌های بیولوژیک پدیدار شده است که در آن به نقش فناوری‌های پیچیدة زیستی و تسلط آن‌ها بر زندگی بشر تاکید می‌شود. بر اساس این ایده انسان معاصر در مواجهه با شرایط جدید مجبور است از آزادی‌های خود چشم بپوشد و تن به تسلط فناوری‌های نوین دهد و حتی روابط اجتماعی خود را از طریق این فناوری‌ها سامان دهد. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که انسان معاصر در مواجهه با تهدیدهای بیولوژیک چگونه از فناوری کمک خواهد گرفت و این امر چه تاثیری در مولفه‌های قدرت باقی خواهد گذاشت. بر اساس آینده پژوهی تاریخ اکنون و رویکرد دانش قدرت فوکو به نظر می‌رسد جهشی در استفاده از فناوری‌‌های نوین در زندگی انسان معاصر روی خواهد داد و این فناوری‌ها نظام قدرت فعلی را تغییر خواهد داد به‌گونه‌ای که تعریف جدیدی از مفهوم امنیت و قدرت سیاسی بر اساس مشارکت بیشتر مردم شکل خواهد گرفت. واکسیناسیون نیز از مولفه‌های مهم شکل دهندۀ قدرت دولت‌ها محسوب خواهد شد.

The spread of the disease has challenged the cultural, social, and political structures of the contemporary world, leading to new ideas about the future of human societies. At the level of political power, for example, the idea of the fall of former powers, the emergence of new civilizations and the transition of human societies towards biological wars has emerged, emphasizing the role of complex biological technologies and their dominance over human life. According to this idea, contemporary man in the face of new conditions is forced to give up his freedoms and submit to the domination of new technologies and even to organize his social relations through these technologies. This study seeks to answer the question of how contemporary humans will benefit from technology in the face of biological threats, and what effect this will have on the components of power. Based on futures studies based on the analysis of present history and Foucault’s theoretical knowledgepower approach, it seems that there will be a leap in the use of new technologies in contemporary human life. These technologies will change the current system of power in such a way that a new definition of the concept of security and political power will be formed based on greater public participation. Vaccination will also be an important component of government power.
