تاثیر سازه‌ دولت- ملت مدرن بر گسست اجتماعیِ غرب در مواجهه با کرونا

رابطه‌ی هم‌افزا یا واگرای حکومت و مردم بیانگرموفقیت یا عدم موفقیت سازه دولت – ملت در هر کشوری است. این نوع رابطه در فراز و فرودهای سیاسی و اجتماعی مختلفِ هر سیل و بیماری‌های همه‌گیر، مردم را به حمایت از حکومت جلب و یا از آن دور می‌نماید. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیلیتاریخی و مبتنی بر چارچوبِ تحلیل انتقادی ذیل رویکرد انگاره‌گرا، به تحلیل عملکرد الگوی دولت – ملت مدرن در مواجهه با بحران کرونا پرداخته و براساس نظرسنجی‌های معتبر بین‌المللی اعتبارسنجی شده‌است. برای تحقق این منظور،سیر تاریخی شکل‌گیری و بسط دولتملت مدرن، براساس سه‌گانه‌ی عناصرمادی،انگاره و نهاد مورد بررسی قرارگرفته و حلقه اتصال این سه‌گانه توسط مفهومی تحت عنوان «هویت ملی» از طریق تلاش نظریه‌پردازان علوم اجتماعی در هر برهه، برای مشروعیت‌زایی به آن تبیین گردیده‌است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آنست که ابتنای ساخت این الگوبرمنفعت‌گرایی شخصی‌ که در طول قرون گذشته از سوی نخبگان اجتماعی به جامعه تزریقشده‌است، منجر به 1. رشد نابرابری و افول کارآمدی نهادهای حاکمیتی و واسط، 2. بی‌اعتمادی اجتماعی،3. قطع ارتباط جامعه و حاکمیت، و در نهایت گسست و فروپاشی اجتماعی شده‌است که تبلور آن در مواجهه دو رکن دولت و ملت بااین بحران، مشهود می‌باشد.

This kind of relationship in different political and social ups and downs of each land, such as wars, economic crises and security crises, and natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and epidemics, draws people away from supporting it or not. Using the analyticalhistorical method and based on the critical analysis framework under the Ideological approach, the article analyzes the function of the modern nationstate model in the face of the Corona crisis. It has been validated by valid international surveys. To achieve this goal, the historical course of the formation and development of the modern nationstate has been explained based on the trinity of material elements, Ideology and institutions, and the link between this trinity by a concept called &national identity& through the efforts of social science theorists at any time to legitimize It. The results indicate that the construction of this model is based on personal utilitarianism that has been injected into society by social elites over the past centuries, leading to 1. growing inequality and declining efficiency of governing institutions and intermediaries, 2. social distrust, 3. disconnection between society and sovereignty, and finally social collapse, are crystallized in the confrontation of the two pillars of the state and the nation with this crisis.
