پاندمی کوید-19: تبیینی از منظر شناخت فرهنگی-سیاسی با رویکردی میان رشته‌ای

همه گیری ویروس کرونا پدیده‌ای است که هم‌اکنون بسیاری از نقاط جهان را درگیر کرده است. مواجهه ملتها با این همه گیری به شیوه های متفاوتی بروز کرده است، چرا که همه‌گیر شدن یک ویروس (اعم از کرونا یا هر ویروس دیگری) یک پدیده‌ی صرفاً زیست‌شناختی نیست و فی الذاته یک پدیده‌ی فرهنگی است که دارای ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، و بین‌المللی می باشد. اما، معمولاً اولین چیزی که در زمان بروز یک همه گیری به ذهن متبادر می‌شود، این است که ویروس‌ها، پدیده‌هایی زیست‌شناختی با راه حل پزشکی محض هستند. هدف این مقاله تبیین بروز همه‌گیری کوید19 به مثابه یک پدیده‌ی فرهنگی-سیاسی-اقتصادی در ایران و ارائه‌ی برخی راه‌کارها می باشد. مواجهه دولت‌ملت ایران با این پدیده در چهارچوب نظریه اِسناد (attribution theory) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که مواجهه دولت‌ملت ایران تحت تاثیر مختصات فرهنگی-سیاسی-اقتصادی ایران بوده است. همچنین اِسناد بیرونی توسط دولتملت ایران نمی تواند راه حل مناسبی برای مواجهه با این تهدید مرگبار باشد. مواجهه با این ویروس نیازمند یک رویکرد یکپارچه‌نگر توسط دولت‌ملت نه صرفا بعنوان یک پدیده زیست شناختی، بلکه به مثابه یک پدیده زیستی فرهنگی-سیاسی-روانی اقتصادی مبتنی بر ویژگیهای فرهنگ ایران می باشد.

COVID-19 Pandemic: An Explanation from Cultural-Political Cognition with a Multidisciplinary Approach

Coronavirus pandemic is a phenomenon that has affected the entire world. Different nations have adopted different methods to confront this pandemic, for the pandemic (whether of coronavirus or any other virus) is not merely a biological phenomenon, but it is essentially a cultural phenomenon with political, economic, social and international dimensions. But, usually what occurs to mind in confronting a pandemic is that viruses are biological phenomena with mere medical solutions. The objective of this present paper is to explain the outbreak of covid19 pandemic as a culturalpoliticaleconomic phenomenon in Iran and also offer some solutions. The confrontation of Iranian nationstate with this phenomenon was studied within the framework of the Attribution Theory. The findings of the research show that the confrontation of the Iranian nationstate with this virus has been influenced by the culturalpoliticaleconomic characteristics of Iran. Also the findings show that “external attribution” by the Iranian nationstate cannot be a suitable solution to confront this deadly phenomenon. Confrontation with this virus requires an integrative approach based on the features of Iranian culture by the Iranian nationstate, not as a mere biological phenomenon but as a biologicalculturalpoliticalpsychologicaleconomic phenomenon.
