نقدی بر کتاب رفتارشناسی نیروهای اجتماعی در سیاست خارجی

تحلیل سیاست خارجی، درجایگاه یکی از زیررشته‌های مهم دانش روابط بین‌الملل، در دهه‌های اخیر قرن بیست‌ویکم به بحثی زنده و جاری در محافل علمی روابط بین‌الملل تبدیل شده است و مصداق آن آثار نسبتاً مهمی است که در این حوزه تولید شده است. تحلیل سیاست خارجی بررسی اداره و اجرای روابط کنش‌گران مختلف، به‌ویژه دولت‌ها، در نظام بین‌الملل است که شامل موضوع‌های بسیار گسترده‌ای می‌شود. بنابراین، باتوجه‌به اهمیت تحلیل سیاست خارجی و ادبیات تولیدشده در این حوزه، در این مقاله با هدف ارائۀ پیش‌نهادهایی به‌منظور غنای ادبیات مربوط به این رشته، ابعاد مختلف محتوایی و فرانظری یکی از این آثار را با عنوان «رفتارشناسی نیروهای اجتماعی در سیاست خارجی» بررسی خواهیم کرد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که به‌لحاظ محتوایی باوجود آن‌که در این اثر هستی‌شناسی سیاست خارجی به‌تفصیل موردبررسی قرار داده شده است، اما به‌لحاظ نظری، نظریه‌های این حوزه و هم‌چنین نتایج و پی‌آمدهای تصمیم‌های سیاست خارجی بررسی نشده است. در این پژوهش به‌لحاظ روشی از روش نقد (بررسی شکلی و محتوایی با تکیه بر تحلیل متن) استفاده شده است.

a critical review on the book “social forces behavior in foreign policy”

foreign policy analysis, as one of the important subfields of international relations knowledge, has become a living and current discussion in the scientific circles of international relations in the last decades of the 21st century and relatively important literature has been produced in this field. foreign policy analysis is the study of the management and implementation of relations between various actors, especially states, in the international system, which covers a wide range of topics. among these issues, it is very important to study the decision-making process and the role of internal and external possibilities and constraints in this process. in this article, we will review one of the published books in this field entitled social forces behavior in foreign policy. this review is organized into four sections: expressing the advantages of form and content and expressing the shortcomings of form and content. this research is critical analytical research with a text analysis approach.
