چکیده
|
کتاب فلسفۀ سیاسی اسلامی در غرب، نوشتۀ محسن رضوانی (منتشرشده در سال 1393)، اولین کتاب به‌زبان فارسی است که گزارشی غنی از تحقیقات معاصر شرق‌شناسان و محققان غربی تاریخ اندیشۀ سیاسی جهان اسلام دربارۀ فارابی و فلسفۀ سیاسی اسلامی ارائه می‌دهد. مقالۀ حاضر، درضمن بررسی انتقادی، با ارائۀ شواهدی نشان می‌دهد که این کتاب به‌لحاظ روش پژوهش به نوعی دوگانگی در منطق صورت‌بندی و به‌لحاظ چهارچوب نظری به خوانشی غیرسیاسی از فلسفۀ سیاسی دچار است که تقسیم‌بندی مولف از مطالعات فلسفۀ سیاسی اسلامی در غرب در چهار ره‌یافت تاریخی، تفسیری، انتقادی، و توصیفی را دچار مشکل می‌کند. درانتها، با بررسی بخش خاتمۀ کتاب، چنین جمع‌بندی می‌شود که دفاع از اعتبار فلسفۀ اسلامی دربرابر هجمۀ شرق‌شناسی وجه زیرین آرایش‌دهندۀ نظم صوری و محتوایی کتاب است که متاسفانه مولف موردتصریح قرار نگرفته و خوانش مولف از دیدگاه‌های لئو اشتراوس، تقسیم‌بندی ره‌یافت‌ها، و ارزیابی وی از ارزش مطالعات فلسفۀ سیاسی در غرب را عمیقاً تحت‌تاثیر خود قرار داده است.

Abstract
|
islamic political philosophy in west published by muhsin rezvani (at 2014) is the first book written in persian which is presenting a comprehensive report of contemporary and especially recent western research about farabi and islamic political philosophy. this paper through a critical scrutiny reveals a methodological ambivalence in formation of the ideas and organization of the book, in addition to an apolitical reading of political philosophy which cause various problems in categorizing western studies of islamic political philosophy in four groups of historical/ interpretative/ critical/ descriptive approaches. considering the conclusion part of the book, the implicit hidden layer of formation the book seems to be the theological-ideological concern of researcher to give an apology for “islamic philosophy” against what he considers as orientalist attacks. this hidden agenda of the book deviates its interpretation of leo strauss’s reading of alfarabi and evaluation of other western studies of islamic political philosophy.
