اقتصاد سیاسی در سطح: نقدی بر کتاب اقتصاد سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی

رویکرد اقتصاد سیاسی به‌معنای تحلیل ریشه‌های سیاسیِ عملکردهای اقتصادی است. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی و ارزیابی مهم‌ترین نقاط قوت و ضعف کتاب اقتصاد سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی، به‌قلم بهمن احمدی امویی، است. مولف تلاش کرده است تا در چهارچوب تحلیل اقتصاد سیاسی، چرایی جهت‌گیری‌ها و عملکردهای اقتصاد ایران در دهه‌های 1360 و 1370 را موردبررسی قرار دهد. کتاب در شش فصل تهیه شده و شامل مجموعه مصاحبه‌هایی با شش مرد تصمیم‌ساز اقتصاد ایران در آن دوره است. در نیمۀ اول این مقاله، ابتدا به معرفی کلی اثر پرداخته شده است. سپس مزیت‌ها و نواقص شکلی اثر به‌هم‌راه مزیت‌های محتوایی آن موردبررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. در نیمۀ دوم مقاله نیز محتوای اثر بررسی و نقد شده است. در این قسمت، مولفه‌های «تحلیل اقتصاد سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی در عمق» موردبررسی قرار گرفته است. این نوشتار پژوهشی تحلیلی با رویکرد نقد از طریق مطالعۀ موردی اثر است.

A Formal Political Economy: A Critique on the Book Political Economy of the Islamic Republic

The political economy approach means analyzing the political roots of economic performance. The main purpose of this article is to review and evaluate the most important strengths and weaknesses of the book &Political Economy of the Islamic Republic& by Bahman Ahmadi Amoui. In the framework of political economy analysis, the book tries to examine the orientations and practices of the Iranian economy in the 1981s and 1991s. The book is prepared in 6 chapters and includes a series of interviews with 6 decisionmakers of the Iranian economy in that period. In the first half of this article, I first introduce the book in general. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of the book along with its content advantages are examined. In the second half of the article, the content of the book is reviewed and critiqued. In this section, the components of an &indepth analysis of the political economy of the Islamic Republic& are examined. This paper is analytical research with a critical approach through a case study of the book.
