آیا علوم انسانی را می‌توان به‌مثابۀ تکنولوژی فهم کرد؟ معرفی و ارزیابی کتاب علوم انسانی به‌مثابۀ تکنولوژی

در سال‌‌های اخیر موضوعاتی مانند مطالعات فلسفی، تاریخی، جامعه‌‌شناختی دربارۀ علم، علوم انسانی، و تکنولوژی و نقش آن‌ها در فرایند توسعه و پیشرفت کشور با استقبال بسیاری هم‌راه شده است. بحث فلسفی دربارۀ نسبت علم و تکنولوژی و به‌خصوص علوم انسانی و سیاست‌گذاری‌ها، برنامه‌‌ها، و نهادها به‌عنوان تکنولوژی‌‌های نرم/ انسانی/ اجتماعی می‌‌تواند ما را در چگونگی سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی بهینۀ علمی و فناوری در عالم انسانی و اجتماعی یاری دهد. کتاب علوم انسانی به‌مثابۀ تکنولوژی می‌‌کوشد به این پرسش اساسی پاسخ دهد که آیا علوم انسانی را می‌‌توان به‌مثابۀ تکنولوژی فهم کرد؟ و از این فهم در سیاست‌گذاری علوم انسانی و تکنولوژی‌‌های انسانی و اجتماعی بهره برد؟ و این بحث را با انجام مطالعاتی موردی در عرصۀ فناوری‌‌های اطلاعاتی و فقه، با بهره‌‌گیری از رویکرد عقلانیت نقاد، به‌شکل ملموسی شرح و بسط می‌‌دهد. در این مقاله، پس از معرفی کتاب، ملاحظاتی انتقادی درمورد برخی از مدعیات اصلی کتاب مطرح می‌‌شود، به‌ویژه این دیدگاه که فقه را باید به‌مثابۀ تکنولوژی فهم کرد. در پایان پیش‌نهاداتی برای اصلاح و تکمیل این کتاب و تبدیل آن به کتابی درسی ارائه می‌‌شود.

Can Humanities Be Understood as Technology? A Critique on the Book Humanities as Technology

In recent years, the topics of philosophy of humanities, philosophy of technology and the role of humanities and technology in the process of development have been widely welcomed. A philosophical discussion about the relation of science and technology, especially the relation of humanities, programs, and institutions as soft technologies, can assist in science and technology policymaking in human and social life. The book Humanities as Technology answers the fundamental question: “Can humanities be understood as technology and can this understanding be used in the policymaking of humanities and soft technologies?” The authors of this book elaborate on this discussion by conducting case studies in the field of information technology and jurisprudence, using the approach of critical rationality. In this article, after introducing the book, critical points are raised in relation to some of the main claims of the book; in particular, the view that jurisprudence should be understood as mere technology. In the end, suggestions for modifying and completing this book and turning it into a textbook are presented.
