پژوهشی در سفال‌گری دوران اسلامی معرفی و نقد کتاب سفالینۀ گونۀ موسوم به کوباچه

سفال یکی از وجوه برجستۀ صنعت دوران اسلامی است که درطول این دوران با پیشرفت‌‌های چشم‌‌گیری در فن تولید و تزئین هم‌راه بود. باتوجه‌به شواهد باستان‌‌شناختی سفال گونۀ موسوم به کوباچه‌ دارای حوزۀ پراکنش گستره‌‌ای است که از خراسان تا تبریز در ایران و حتی مناطقی خارج از مرز‌‌های فعلی ایران در کشور‌‌هایی هم‌‌چون آذربایجان را شامل می‌‌شود. کتاب سفالینۀ گونۀ موسوم به کوباچه جدیدترین و شاخص‌‌ترین اثر تالیفی دربارۀ‌‌ این گونۀ سفالی است که به ابعاد باستان‌‌شناختی آن می‌‌پردازد. برای نقد این کتاب، نگارندگان نخست به بررسی جنبه‌های ساختاری و روند بیان مطالب کتاب پرداختند و سپس محتوای آن را موردبررسی قرار دادند. از نقاط قوت کتاب می‌توان به تمرکز بر وجوه مختلف باستان‌شناختی این گونۀ سفالی اشاره کرد. درکنار این نقاط قوت، اما می‌توان گفت که کتاب از نظر ساختاری اگر در مستندنگاری فصول و ارجاعات دقیق‌تر می‌شد، ‌بیش‌تر می‌توانست نظر مخاطبان را جلب کند. از‌سوی‌دیگر، کتاب از نظر محتوایی در گونه‌‌شناسی و طبقه‌بندی سفال‌ها دارای کاستی است و نویسندۀ محترم کتاب می‌تواند در ویرایش‌‌های بعدی به رفع این کاستی‌‌های محتوایی اقدام کند.

A Research on the Islamic Pottery An Introduction and Critical Review on the Book of The Pottery Known as Kūbāchi

Pottery is one of the most prominent aspects of Islamic crafts which flourished in both production and decoration. According to the archaeological pieces of evidence the Kūbāchi wares have been spread from Khorasan to Tabriz and it everknown centers of production were Isfahan, Kerman, Neyshabur, Mashhad and Tabriz. The book of “The Pottery Known as Kūbāchi” is the newest and the possibility most prominent written source about this subject, which argues the archaeological aspects of these wares. This paper aims to introduce the book and review its structure and contents. The first step of review had been started with structural aspects and the process of the narration, and then the content. One of the strengths of this book is the concentration on the various archaeological aspects of this type of pottery. Besides, it can be mentioned that the book could be more attractive to the audience if the documentation and references were more precise. There are some other deficiencies in the typology and categorizing the potteries, those can be edited by the author.
