نقد و بررسی تفاسیر صوفیانۀ قرآن

درمیان قرآن‌پژوهان غربی که به دیدۀ انصاف به متون اسلامی، به‌ویژه قرآن، نگریسته‌اند خانم کریستین سندز هم‌چنان شیوۀ استادان مشتاق و محتاط خود را می‌پیماید. او در کتاب تفاسیر صوفیانۀ قرآن از سدۀ چهارم تا نهم، نخست به بررسی پیش‌فرض‌های هرمنوتیکی صوفیه پرداخته و سپس مقایسه‌ای تحلیلی کرده است میان روش‌های عارفانِ مفسّر ذیل داستان موسی و خضر، سرگذشت مریم، و آیۀ نور. در بررسی این کتاب، پس از نگاهی به امتیازات و جنبه‌های مثبت اثر، به مواردی از ضعف‌های محتوایی این پژوهش پرداخته شده که متوجه مولف بوده است. بخش زیادی از نکات ذوقی تفسیری در این کتاب برپایۀ مطالبی است که از عبدالرزاق کاشانی و بخش‌های تاویلی غرایب‌القرآن نظام‌الدین اعرج نیشابوری و پس‌ازآن، علاء‌الدوله سمنانی نقل شده و با یک‌دیگر مقایسه شده‌اند، درحالی‌که سال‌هاست در جای خود به اثبات رسیده که عمدۀ مباحث تاویلی در غرایب‌القرآن برگرفته از تاویلات نجمیّه است. توجه به این نکته می‌توانست چینش مباحث و ارزیابی نهایی مولف را تغییر دهد. هم‌چنین به مواردی از ضعف‌ ترجمۀ اثر توجه ‌شده که به تعقید و گرفتگی متن فارسی انجامیده است. شواهدی که از این ضعف‌‌ها ارائه شده از موارد اختلاف سلیقه در‌ ترجمه نبوده است.

A Critique on the Book Sufi Interpretations of the Qur’an

Among Western Quran scholars who have viewed Islamic texts، especially the Qur’an، with fairness، Christine Sands، in her book Sufi Interpretations of the Qur’an from the Fourth to the Ninth Century، first examines the hermeneutical presuppositions of Sufism and then makes an analytical comparison between the methods. The mystics of the commentator follow the story of Moses and Khidr، the story of Mary and the verse of Light. In reviewing this book، after looking at the advantages and positive aspects of the work، some of the content weaknesses of this research that the author has noticed have been addressed. A significant part of the tasteinterpretive points in this book is based on the materials that have been quoted from Abdul Razzaq Kashani and the interpretive parts of Gharaib AlQuran Nizamuddin Araj Neyshabouri and then Ala AlDawlah Semnani. Most of the interpretive issues in Gharaib alQuran are taken from Najmiyya Interpretations. Paying attention to this point could change the order of the topics and the final evaluation of the author. Also، some cases of weakness in the translation of the work have been noticed، which has led to the confusion of the Persian text. The evidence presented for these weaknesses was not a case of differences of taste in translation.
