آسیب‎شناسی علل ارتباط کم دانشجویان رشتۀ حقوق با جامعه

این پژوهش با هدف آسیب‎شناسی اجرای کارورزی رشتۀ حقوق در مقطع کارشناسی اجرا شده است. روش این پژوهش ترکیبی است. در بخش کیفی با 28 نفر از متخصصان، اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه اصفهان، شاغلان حوزۀ حقوق، و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مصاحبه شد. جامعۀ آماری بخش کمّی دانشجویان سال تحصیلی 1396 تا 1397 و دانش‎آموختگان سال‎های 1393 تا 1396 رشتۀ حقوق بودند که به‌روش تصادفی طبقه‎ای متناسب با حجم (115 نفر) انتخاب شدند. داده‎های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته و پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته جمع‎آوری شد. نتایج بخش کمّی نشان می‎دهد که مهم‎ترین مانع در اجرای موفق کارورزی کم‌توجهی مسئولان دانشگاهی به جایگاه درس‌های عملی و ضعف همکاری بین دانشگاه و مراکز غیردانشگاهی برای انجام کارورزی است. شرکت‏کنندگان در مصاحبه نیز بر جدی‌گرفته‌نشدن درس کارورزی و تعداد زیاد دانشجو در رشتۀ حقوق به‌منزلۀ مهم‎ترین آسیب‎های اجرای کارورزی تاکید داشتند. برنامه‎ریزان آموزشی با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش می‎توانند به‌منظور اصلاح برنامۀ ‎درسی دیگر رشته‎های علوم انسانی اقدام کنند.

Pathology Causes of Poor Communication between Law Students and Society

The present study was conducted with the aim of the pathology of internship implementation in the field of law among undergraduates. This study adopted a mixed approach. In the qualitative section, interviews were conducted with 28 experts, faculty members, lawyers, and graduate students from the University of Isfahan. The statistical population of the quantitative section of this study was students in, and graduates of 20142017 in psychology, 115 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling method. The data were collected through semistructured interviews and researchermade questionnaires. The results of the quantitative research showed that the most important obstacle in the successful implementation of the internship is the lack of attention of academic authorities to the practical courses and the lack of cooperation between the university and nonacademic centers for conducting an internship course. Participants in the interview also emphasized that the internship courses are mostly ignored, and there are a large number of law students, hence the most important disadvantages of the internship. Educational planners can use the results of this study to improve the curriculum of other courses in humanities.
