بررسی و نقد مجموعۀ ماروگوتو، نیهونُ کُتُبا تو بونکا (کل و مجموع، زبان و فرهنگ ژاپن)

مقالۀ حاضر معرفی و نقد مجموعۀ نُه‌جلدی آموزش مقدماتی و متوسطۀ زبان ژاپنی با عنوان ماروگوتو است که «بنیاد ژاپن» آن را بر‌اساس استانداردهای خود در چهار سطح (پایه، مقدماتی، پیش‌متوسطه، و متوسطه) تهیه کرده است. در جستار حاضر تلاش شده است تا ویژگی‌ها و ضعف‌ها و قوت‌های این مجموعه آشکار شود. بررسی و نقد این مجموعه با نگاهی به شاخصه‌های ارزیابی رضی (1388) و از منظر صوری و محتوایی انجام شده است. بر‌اساس نتایج این بررسی مشخص شد که درکنار نقاط قوت و شایستگی‌‌ها، این مجموعه ضعف‌هایی‌ دارد که جا دارد برای دست‌یابی به نتایج مطلوب‌‌تر در چاپ‌‌های بعدی این نقایص رفع شود تا بتواند به‌منزلۀ یک اثر نسبتاً جدید جایگاه خود را در عرصۀ آموزش زبان ژاپنی پیدا کند، اما به‌منزلۀ نتیجه‌‌گیری کلی از واکاوی مجموعه می‌‌توان گفت که باوجود برخی مشکلات، نقاط مثبت اثر بیش از نقاط ضعف آن است و در‌مجموع می‌تواند به‌منزلۀ منبع آموزشی نسبتاً مطمئن برای زبان‌آموزانی استفاده شود که هدف اصلی آن‌ها از فراگیری زبان ژاپنی دست‌یابی به توانایی گفتاری است.

A Critical Assessment of the Marugoto: The Language and Culture of Japan Series of Course-books

This paper is an introduction to and a critical assessment of “Marugoto” coursebooks comprised of 9 volumes for elementary and intermediate education of Japanese language which is provided by “The Japan Foundation” based on the standards of this foundation, split into (Starter, Elementary, Preintermediate, and Intermediate) levels. This study is an attempt to identify the strengths and weaknesses of this series. This critical assessment is carried out from visual and contentbased aspects using Razi’s (2009) evaluation criteria. The results suggested that while having their strengths and advantages, the books suffer from a few shortcomings, which can be eliminated in future editions to achieve better results and to secure a spot as a relatively new textbook for teaching the Japanese language. However, the overall conclusion from the analysis is that despite a few problems, the strengths of the book exceed its weaknesses, and in conclusion, it can be used as a reliable source where the main aim of learning the Japanese language is acquiring speaking skills.
