واکاوی تطبیقی دولت اسلامی و دولت مسلمانان از ره‌گذر تحولات تاریخی

بحث درباره‌ رابطه‌ دین و دولت یا دین و سیاست در دوران معاصر بیش از هر دوره‌ دیگری، به‌ویژه درمورد دین اسلام، مطرح شده است. این درحالی است که مسلمانان در بخش اعظم دوران‌های تاریخی پس از صدر اسلام دارای دولت‌هایی دینی بوده‌اند که یا با وصف اسلامی متصف می‌شده‌اند یا خود را به اسلام منتسب می‌کرده‌اند. بااین‌حال، وجود و استمرار دولت‌هایی با عناوین یا ظواهر اسلامی در جغرافیای دنیای اسلام و درطی تاریخ جوامع اسلامی، هرگز نه از دید مسلمانان و نه از منظر اندیشمندان اسلامی، به این معنا نبوده است که این دولت‌ها مصداق عینی تام و تمامی از «دولت در اسلام» بوده‌اند. به همین لحاظ، همواره این ضرورت احساس شده است که دولت‌های مسلمانان درطی تاریخ، به‌مثابه‌ یک امر واقع، با دولت در اسلام، به‌مثابه‌ یک حقیقت، مقایسه و بررسی تحلیلی تطبیقی شوند تا میزان انطباق یا انحراف این دولت‌ها از دولت معیار اسلامی مشخص شود. به این منظور، مقاله‌ حاضر ضمن بررسی و تحلیل کتاب تاریخ تحول دولت در اسلام و طرح مباحثی بنیانی در زمینه‌ مبانی، اهداف، و عملکردهای دولت پیامبر اسلام، به‌عنوان دولت معیار اسلامی، تلاش به‌عمل می‌آورد تا میزان موفقیت اثر مذکور را در دست‌یابی به هدف مدنظر آن سنجش و ارزیابی کند.

A Comparative Analysis of the Islamic State and the Muslim State through Historical Developments

Discussions about the relationship between religion and state or religion and politics in the contemporary era have been discussed more than in any other period, especially in relation to the religion of Islam. However, Muslims in most postIslamic historical periods have had religious states that were either characterized by Islamic descriptions or attributed themselves to Islam. However, the existence and continuity of states with Islamic titles or appearances in the geography of the Islamic world and throughout the history of Islamic societies have never meant that these states are real and complete examples of “State in Islam”. Therefore, it has always been felt that Muslim states throughout history, as a matter of fact, should be compared with the state in Islam, as a truth, to be compared to the extent to which these states have adapted or deviated from the Islamic standard state. In this regard, the present article, while reviewing and analyzing the book “History of State Transformation in Islam” and raising fundamental issues in the field of principles, goals, and functions of the state of the Prophet of Islam, as a standard Islamic state, tries to evaluate the success of the work in achieving its intended purpose.
