ارزش‌یابی عملکرد شورای بررسی متون در توسعۀ فرهنگ نقد متون و کتب علوم انسانی براساس اسناد بالادستی شورا

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزش‌یابی عملکرد شورای بررسی متون در توسعۀ فرهنگ نقد متون و کتب بود. لذا از روش ترکیبی استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمام صاحب‌نظران و دست‌اندرکاران و نقدهای شورای بررسی متون و هم‌چنین سایر نهادها و نشریات در دهۀ 1390 بود که در بخش نقدها، حداکثر ممکن مقالات و کتاب‌های نقدشده و در بخش صاحب‌نظران و دست‌اندرکاران، 24 رئیس، عضو، و داور گروه‌های هفده‌گانۀ شورا و هم‌چنین ده مصاحبۀ درج‌شده در کتاب بازخوانش شورا به‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند برای نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از چک‌لیست بررسی اسنادی، پرسش‌نامۀ بازپاسخ، و سیاهۀ یادداشت‌برداری استفاده شد. تجزیه‌‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از طریق جدول‌های توزیع فراوانی، آزمون‌های کای‌اسکوئر و دوجمله‌ای، و تحلیل محتوای کیفی صورت گرفت. براساس یافته‌ها شورای بررسی متون در 5 معیار از 6 معیار ارزش‌یابی عملکرد خود، نمرۀ قابل‌قبولی دریافت و عملکرد مثبتی داشته است. البته، در هریک از معیارهای مذکور کاستی‌هایی نیز وجود داشت و برای بهبود و ارتقای وضعیت شورا در آن‌ها پیش‌نهادها ارائه شد. برای تقویت عملکرد شورا بازتعریف دامنۀ اعضای آن و بهره‌گیری از پیشرفت‌های فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی برای انتشار و اطلاع‌رسانی دربارۀ فعالیت‌های شورا پیش‌نهاد می‌شود.

Evaluation of the Performance of the Council for Reviewing Books and Text in the Developing the Culture of Critique of Texts and Books of the Humanities Based on Upstream Documents of the Council

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the performance of the Council for Reviewing Books and Text in the Developing the Culture of critique of texts and books of the humanities, based on upstream documents of the council. Therefore, the combination method was used. The statistical population included all experts and reviewed books in council as well as other institutions and publications in the 1390s. The samples of the study were: I) Almost all articles and critiques, II) 24 experts and practitioners, and III) 10 interviews published in the book of the ReReading Council that were selected by purposeful sampling method. A checklist and a questionnaire were used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by chisquare and binomial tests, and qualitative content analysis. The research findings indicated that the council had received an acceptable grade in five criteria of six criteria and had a positive performance. Of course, there were some shortcomings in each of these criteria. Thus, some suggestions were made to improve and enhance the status of the council. It is recommended to redefine the scope of its members and take advantage of the advancements in information and communication technologies to disseminate and inform about the activities of the council.
