نقدی بر کتاب خانه‌ای بر روی آب؛ پژوهشی جامع درباب صیغۀ محرمیت و ازدواج موقت در ایران؛ با تاکید بر روش‌شناسی

این مقاله نقدی تحلیلی بر کتاب خانه‌ای بر روی آب؛ پژوهشی جامع درباب صیغۀ محرمیت و ازدواج موقت در ایران، نوشتۀ کامیل احمدی (1397)، با رویکرد علم‌الاجتماعی و با تاکید بر بعد روش‌شناسی است. نگارندگان، پس از نقد شکلی، کتاب را در دو بخش 1) نقد محتوایی و 2) نقد روشی بررسی کرده‌اند. بخش اول انتقاداتی را که ‌به‌لحاظ منطق عمومی دانش به کتاب وارد است، احصاء کرده و در بخش دیگر نویسنده علی‌رغم استفاده از روش کیفی به‌عنوان روش بنیادین تلاش کرده است تا فنون روشی کیفی و کمی را توامان برای اجرا و نگارش پژوهش خود به‌کار گیرد، این کتاب از هردو بعد روشی یادشده نقد شده است. نقد شکلی و محتوایی کتاب نشان می‌دهد که، علی‌رغم برخورداری اثر از ویژگی‌های مثبت و قابل‌توجهی مانند مطالعۀ یک موضوع چالشی و مبتلابه و همین‌طور گسترده‌کردن میدان تحقیق در چند شهر مهم کشور، درمجموع، روش‌مندی و انسجام یک پژوهش علمی رعایت نشده است و اشکالات متعدد روش‌شناختی به‌خصوص در ابعاد کیفی و کمی سبب می‌شود تا نتایج آن چندان قابل‌اتکا و معتبر تلقی نشوند. ازاین‌رو، لزوم انجام پژوهش‌های اجتماعی متقن وگسترده با رعایت اصول روش‌شناختی درباب مسئلۀ ازدواج‌موقت احساس می‌شود.

A Review of Kamail Ahmadi’s a House on Water: A Comprehensive Study on about Engagement Intimacy Contract (Sighe Mahramiat) and Temporary Marriage in Iran; with Emphasis on Methodology

This article is an analytical critique of Kamail Ahmadi’s A House on Water; A Comprehensive Research on Engagement Intimacy Contract (Sighe Mahramiat) and Temporary Marriage (2019) from a social science viewpoint with an emphasis on the methodology. Having organized this critique generally in two dimensions, including formal and content critiques, the authors criticize the content methodologically in two parts: 1) content review; 2) methodological. The first part counts the problem, which finds according to general method logics, and the other part concentrates on criticizing this research using respectively qualitative and quantitative methodological criteria. Form and content evaluation of the book reveals that despite enjoying positive and attentionworthy aspects such as studying a challenging and common subject and spreading the domain of the study to several important cities of the country,‌ the study lacks methodological and coherence of academic research in general and various methodological shortcomings especially in qualitative and quantitative aspects make its results be regarded as authentic and reliable. According to the results, the necessity of extensive studies with observing methodological principles towards temporary marriage issue has been felt.
