نگاهی به کتاب چهارگوهر: گزیده‌ای برای درس «شاعران حوزه‌ ادبی عراق»

به‌طور معمول، هدف از تالیف گزیده‌ دانشگاهی ادبی آشناسازی اجمالی دانشجویان با اندیشه‌ها و هنر استادان بزرگ ادب فارسی است تا انگیزه‌ آن‌ها را برای مراجعه به آثار این بزرگان افزون کند. انتشارات سمت کتاب چهارگوهر را با انتخاب و توضیح کاظم دزفولیان برای درس «شاعران حوزه‌ ادبی عراق» منتشر کرده است و از جمله‌ گزیده‌هایی است که متاسفانه انتشار آن به‌هیچ‌وجه انتظار جامعه‌ دانشگاهی را برآورده نمی‌کند. انتخاب نه‌چندان مناسب اشعار، بدخوانی برخی از بیت‌ها و درنتیجه غلط‌معنی‌کردن آن‌ها، توضیح نادرست یا نارسای برخی بیت‌ها، توجه‌نکردن به ضبط نادرست برخی واژه‌ها و فقدان توضیحی درباره‌ آن‌ها، توضیحِ‌ندادن برخی از ابیات دشوار، اشتباه‌های تایپی فراوان، و ... از مهم‌ترین کاستی‌های گزیده‌ یادشده است که کتاب را از آراستگی و پیراستگی‌‌ای که از یک درس‌نامه‌ دانشگاهی انتظار می‌رود دور نگاه داشته است. در این مقاله بخشی از کاستی‌های فراوان کتاب ذیل دو عنوان «ناآراستگی» و «ناپیراستگی» بررسی شده است و نگارنده امیدوار است با طرح آن‌ها موجب توجه بیش‌تر مولفان کتاب‌های درسی، توجه و نظارت بیش‌تر مراکز نشر دانشگاهی، و پیراستن کتاب از این‌گونه اشکال‌ها در چاپ‌های بعدی شود.

A Look at the Book of Four Masters: An Excerpt for the Lesson “Iraqi Literary Poets”

The purpose of writing a literary university selection should, as a rule, be to briefly acquaint students with the ideas and art of the great masters of Persian literature in order to increase their motivation to refer to the works of these masters. Book of Four Masters by Dr. Kazem Dezfoulian, published by The Organization for Researching and Composing University textbooks in the Humanities (Samt Publications) for the poetry of Iraqi Literature, is one of those excerpts whose publication, unfortunately, does not meet the expectations of the academic community. Choosing the wrong poems, misreading some verses and misinterpreting them, incorrect or incomplete explanation of some verses, not paying attention to the incorrect recording of some words and the lack of explanation about them, and a lot of typing mistakes are among the most important shortcomings mentioned above that keep the book away from the sophistication expected of a college textbook. In the present article, part of the book’s many shortcomings is discussed under the heading of “disorganized” and “inexplicit,” and the author hopes that with the attention of textbook writers, more attention will be paid to overseeing academic publishing centers and fixing these bugs in future releases.
