بررسی و نقد کتاب تاریخ، تمدن و فرهنگ ایران در عصر آل‌ بویه

کتاب تاریخ، تمدن و فرهنگ ایران در عصر آل ‌بویه اثر صادق حجتی گزارشی مفصل و نسبتاً روان و پخته از تاریخ ایران و جهان اسلام در زمانۀ اوج تمدن اسلامی است که بسیاری از پژوهش‌گران به‌‌دلایل دیریابی و عرب‌زبان‌بودن منابع به آن دوره نمی‌پردازند. نویسنده کتاب را در دو بخش تاریخ سیاسی (شامل ده فصل) و فرهنگ و تمدن (شامل پنج فصل) به‌‌گونه‌‌ای شایسته سازمان داده و اثری قابل‌قبول پدید آورده است. اما غفلت از برخی منابع متقدم و پژوهش‌‌های جدید، نپرداختن به برخی از مسائل مهم مانند سیاست مذهبی، و بخشی از زوایای دیگر مناسبات خارجی و برخی مشکلات فصل‌بندی یا اشکال در ارجاعات در بسیاری از پاراگراف‌ها، اغلاط مختلف در نگارش، و برخی داوری‌های نارسا و احیاناً نادرست تاحدی به کتاب آسیب رسانده است. در این مقاله، به جنبه‌های مثبت و منفی این کتاب پرداخته می‌شود.

A Critical Review of the Book “History, Culture &Civilization of Iran in the Buyid Dynasty”Ali Yahyaei

The book “History, Culture &Civilization of Iran in the Buyid Dynasty” by Sadegh Hojjati is a detailed and relatively fluent account of the history of Iran and the Islamic world at the climax of Islamic civilization, which many scholars do not work on that period because of scarcity and Arabic linguistic references. The author appropriately organized the book into two parts: a political history (including ten chapters) and culture and civilization (including five chapters) and produced an acceptable work. But, neglecting some of the earlier sources and new research, not addressing some of the important issues such as religious politics and other aspects of foreign associations and some of the problems of segmentation or references in many paragraphs, various criteria in writing, and some inadequate judgments and probably inaccurate damaged the book to some extent. This article discusses the pros and cons of this book.
