نقد و بررسی زردشت و گاهان

زردشت و گاهان عنوان کتابی است که به‌قلم مهشید میرفخرایی در شرح و گزارش متن اوستایی و زندِ دو سرود از هفده سرود گاهانی (یسن‌‌های 27 و 28 از سپندمینوگاه) تالیف شده و انتشارات پژوهشگاه علوم انسانی و مطالعات فرهنگی به سال 1396 آن را چاپ و منتشر کرده است. این اثر مشتمل‌بر یک مقدمه و سه فصل است. در مقدمۀ کتاب کلیاتی دربارۀ اوستای قدیم و ساختار شعری گاهان آمده است. در فصل اول متن اوستایی و در فصل دوم زند این دو سرود به فارسی ترجمه و ازنظر محتوایی و دستوری بررسی شده‌‌اند. فصل سوم متضمن واژه‌‌نامۀ متن اوستایی است که در آن لغت‌‌های اوستایی با ذکر معنا و مشخصات دستوری فهرست شده‌‌اند. مقالۀ حاضر به بررسی انتقادی این اثر پرداخته و مطالب آن هم‌سان با بخش‌‌های چهارگانۀ کتاب در چهار بخش فراهم آمده است. این بخش‌‌ها با عنوان‌‌هایی مطابق با عناوین اصلی فصل‌‌های کتاب موردبحث نام‌گذاری شده‌‌اند.

A Critique of the Book Zaraθuštra and Gāθās

“Zaraθuštra and Gāθās” is the title of a book written by Mahshid Mirfakhraee in commentary and explanation of the both Avestan and Zend texts of the two songs (Yasna 47 and 48) from the Gāθās (a collection containing seventeen songs composed by Zaraθuštra himself) which has been published by Institute for Humanities and Cultural Studies in 2017. Consisting of an introduction and three chapters, this book in its introduction deals with an overview of the Old Avestan issues and poetic structure of the Gāθās. In the two first chapters, the Avestan and the Zend texts of the two abovementioned songs have been translated into Persian and studied in terms of contextual and grammatical issues. Finally, the third chapter involves a glossary of Avestan words with their meaning and grammatical descriptions. The present study reviews and evaluates this work in four sections in accordance with the four sections of the book. These sections were reviewed as they were named in the book itself.
